Hello batchmates... May question lang po ko about sa pag fill up ng immiaccount, sa last part yes or no declaration if nag overstay ka in any other country. Ang scenario po kase nag overstay yung husband ko ng 2 days sa Dubai kase matagal processing ng employment visa nya kase lumipat sya ng company.. As usual, no big deal naman yun kase pay lang ng fine before magexit tapos enter sya ulit with his new employment visa..

Ang tanong ko po, meron po ba sa inyo nakaexperience ng ganun dito at ano po ginawa nyo, nagrant naman po ba ang visa? Declare or not? Isip po namin ideclare na lang just to be totally honest kase totoo naman reason namin why nag overstay and wala naman kaso sa immi ng UAE. Kase kung itago at madiscover later on naman ng DIBP don magiging problema kase nag sinungaling kami sa pinasa namin..

Hi Guys! Just want to ask based on your experience. I lodged my visa 189 application last 29/08/2016. Then, CO contacted me 05/09/2016 and ask for additional documents. I submitted them last Thursday (08/09/2017).

Do you think my documents will be reassessed 28 days after since CO stated in her email that I should submitted additional document within 28 days? Or will they reassess it sooner than that?

@GT88 hi! nag aral ka ba ng 2 years sa oz or yung 3 mos bridging program lang? kasi to claim for australian study, kailangan dito ka nag aral ng 2 yrs or equivalent to 92 weeks of study. Nag claim ka ba sa EOI mo nito? Nag agent ka ba? Ano points breakdown mo?

..actually i was planning to take PTE-A pero sabi nga nila if non pro rata minimum points of 60 should be enough to get inviatation..medyo na worried lang kasi sept 1 data shows wala kahit isa nainvite na 60pts

@xiaolico they divide the quota/number of invites for the financial year, so may limit ang pagsend nila ng invites, say 1200 ang occupation ceiling, more or less around 100/mo lang ang bigyan nila ng invites, na nag cause for lower pointers na matabunan sa queue since higher pointers comes first. tama ba mga ka-accounting occupation?
