Sa pinas, need mo lang attend ng PDOS tapos bibigyan ka nila ng CFO sticker worth 400 pesos. Hahanapin yan ng immig officer pag aalis ka na ng bansa.

Pag dating mo ng AU airport, nasa system na nila agad yung passport details mo. If nag change ka ng passport number, upload ka ng form 929 sa immiaccount at dalhin mo rin yung lumang passport mo for verification.

So far wala nmn akong nabasa na kahit ano pang kelangan during your entry to AU.

@MayoMay Oo, pag manggagaling kang Pinas, kelangan mo ng CFO (Comission on Filipinos Overseas) sticker which signifies na naka-attend ka ng PDOS (Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar).

Pag wala kang sticker, d ka papaalisin ng immigration sa atin. 400 pesos per applicant ang halaga ng walang kwentang sticker na yan hehe.

Google nyo na lang po kung papano magpa-sched. Online na kasi ngayon eh.

guys question pala, sa visa grant, ano ibig sabihin ng "Must Not Arrive After" na usually after 5 years ng grant date. Ano to parang expiration ba ng Visa? Pano na after ng date na 'to? Thanks!

@MayoMay tingin ko mas madali buhay sa Melbourne, in the sense na kahit wala car okay lang, madali magcommute.24 hours ang train pero mas gusto ko weather dito sa QLD saka mas relaxed mga tao. Saka parang mas madaming opportunities dito though madami naman kahit saan.

@thisisme1 as far as i understand, that date refers to the expiration of your permanent visa. Before the end of your 5 year permanent visa, you have the option to apply citizenship if you satisfy the residency requirement. Otherwise, you can apply RRV (resident return visa) if you still want to live in oz. Hope this helps.

@thisisme1 Ang alam ko may criteria yan na kelangan may certain number of months ka dapat na nasa AU cumulatively from the time na nag initial entry ka up to the date specified in your visa (5 years after date of grant).

Also, kelangan before ka mag apply for RRV (resident return visa) dapat nasa AU ka for 90 or 180 straight days. I'm not sure sa exact figures kasi hindi ko pa sya masyado inaalala ngayon hehe..

Once ma-satisfy yun, mabilis lang naman daw. Saka nabasa ko 1 day processing lang sya.

@thisisme1 Yun yung nakasulat sa DIBP site.. 1 day processing lang daw. Though wala pa akong nakausap or nabasa about sa resident return visa sa forums or sa google.

Siguro hindi naman nagkakaissue dito kaya walang nagpopost about it sa forums, or baka citizen na sila before pa matapos yung initial 5 years.

may tanong lang ako kasi i am about to upload my docs for state nomination for visa 19. it just so happen na sa invitation, sinabi limited lang ang acessing. i just want to know kung paano ba ang mode of payment nun?

ahahahha thanks po!! parang undecided pa din ako.. though sa sydney nakapunta na ako. ok naman.. mahal nga lang daw ang cost of living, madaming tao, tapos nagtraffic din, though andito ung mdaming IT work? i guess.. di daw nag ssnow pero malamig din pag winter which is ok. kasi baka di ko din kaya pag nag ssnow. hahaha.. saan nga kaya ung laidback and yet parang nasa city ka din at some point kasi everything you need andun naman, beaches, malls, parks, cool landmarks etc. tapos ok ang weather not so hot not too cold, safe kahit late hours na nakakauwi in case may shifting sa work. wala masyadong discrimination, affordable ang mga apartment at madaming opportunities sa work.

@DFVille kung sa NSW or QLD yan ang payment ay through credit or debit card. try to post po sa related thread para makapagreply agad sa queries nyo.

Guys FYI lang about sa Must Not Arrive After (MNAA) na usually after 5 years ng grant date. Nalaman ko lang 'to sa kakilala ko na AU citizen na. At naexperience niya mag file ng Returning Resident Visa (RRV ) since naabutan na siya ng MNAA. So this is not official. Please let me know kung mali.

Sabi niya hindi talaga ito Expiration Date - parang lang. This is just the travel aspect of the visa. Kung lumabas ka ng AU at babalik ka after ng MNAA date, dun mo kelangan ng RRV . Kung hindi ka naman lalabas at nasa AU ka lang after the MNAA date, ok lang. You are still a legal Permanent Resident. And can still apply for citizenship when you become eligible.

Makes sense kasi Permanent Resident nga. And it was named MNAA not Expiration Date.

Pero siyempre it's still better to get RRV if not yet a citizen. This is just to clarify MNAA.

@thisisme1 tama. travel rights ang nageexpire at hindi ang residency rights ng PR visa. may mga factors din na kinuconsider para maapprove ang RRV. pero kung wala naman balak lumabas ng AU kahit tapos na ang MNAA date ay walang problema.

@Meahne090885 as long as lalabas ka ng AU, you need a valid RRV pag tapos na MNAA ng PR visa mo.
