required po ba na ipa-assess din sa EA ung mga relevant skilled employment para maka-claim ng points sa visa application? hindi po ba sa kanila counted ung relevant experience ko pagka-lodge ng Visa unless may assessing authority na nag-validate?

optional po ang part na to sir.. if confident ka nmn na ung work experience mo is closely related sa nominated occupation mo then you can opt not to take RSA..

@mugsy27 thank you! enough na po ba ang certificate of employment as proof para work experience points sa 189 visa? or is it likely na manghingi pa sila ng other supporting documents aside from dun?

@hex14 kung sa dibp manghihingi sila ng employment docs like tax returns, payslips, contracts or appointment letters.

@Teng10 hi Teng! pwede din po ba makahingi ng guides and samples ng CDR? medyo naooverwhelm pa kaming mag-asawa sa mga kailangan gawin kasi. Para magka-idea pa sana kami. Thank you in advance

hi po. tanong naman po para sa career episode. ie po ako at pinadala ng company for inhouse training. para po maipasa ung training course, kailangan gumawa ng improvement project, which i did. pasado naman po yung project ang problema hindi nila ako nabigyan ng certificate na pasado ako sa course kase nag-resign na ako sa company. so pwede ko po kaya isama ang project na ito para sa career episode kung wala akong evidence that i did this training? thank u po

@Grifter pwede, you will just need to make a narrative of that project. Di naman hinahanap ang certificates..its just how well you stated your carreer episodes in case of EA...im not sure for other assessing bodies though.

Hi everyone. Medyo nagkakaproblema ako sa current employer ko. Nanhihingi ako ng COE (this is the reference letter, right?) with details na naka-enumerate sa EA MSA booklet. They told me they couldn't include all details (i.e., whether full time or part time and number of hours per week). Seriously? They told me, "Standard COE only includes this and that blah blah". It's like they cannot change and be flexible enough to include other details as requested by the employee.

Pero actually nanghingi na ako dati ng COE sa kanila for tourist visa. Nilagay nila "regular employee" doon sa document. Is this understood already as full time employee? Will this suffice? Medyo napaparanoid ako dahil sa COE ko kasi medyo rigid ang current employer ko.

Has anybody encountered the same problem? Ayokong ma-delay (or worse.... ayoko na sabihin haha) nang dahil lang sa COE.

ang dilemma ko po kase e ok lang po kayo na for same position ang ideclare ko sa dalawang career ep? Although entirely different project naman? Hindi po ba negative ang effect nun kase hndi ko ginamit yung ibang project/position sa ibang company? (Ngumanga lang kase ko sa ibang company. Hehehe)

@HeyThereMaddie pwede ka gumawa ng statutory declaration at papirmahan sa senior/boss mo. Lagay mo dun lahat ng kulang na info sa COE mo.

@Grifter ok lang yun basta different project. Yung akin same company yung dalawang CE. Pero 2companies lang talaga ako.

@Grifter i think you can,multiple carreer episodes can happen even if you are not moving up or changing positions in the company org. Just dont forget to include the orgchart on your write up to support your claim of being hands-on with engineering the activities covering each element.

Ask ko lang kung ako ang Main Applicant (263111 Computer Network and Systems Engineer) and I want to claim points for my husband as he under 233411 Electronics Engineer do I need to submit pa din his documents for assessment sa EA?

Plan ko kasi if hindi enough yung points ko mag claim ako ng partner points, pero kung ndi ako mag claim no need na for his assessment tama ba?

yes, you need to obtain positive skills assessment for your spouse if claiming points for partner skills and he needs to obtain competent english for EA rquirements and partner skills requirement din.

Hi everyone, hinge sana ng opinion niyo.

1. mag gather pa lang po ako ng documents na ipapasa sa EA, ang problem ko BINDED ako sa company ko now until january 2019, so in other words hindi ako makakahinge ng COE for migration. ano po bang pwede gawin para maprove ko yung current empolyment ko? pwede ba yung way na gagawa na lang ako ng Statutory Declaration then Manager or Supervisor ko ang pipirma?

2. Hinge na din po sana ako ng reference CDR and Career Episodes niyo pang guide lang po.
3. baka po may REE na nakagawa na ng CDR and CE patingen naman po.

Sino po dito ang nagwowork o nagwork sa wastewater treatment plant na nagpositive as Chemical engineer sa EA? Thanks! Confused lang ako kung papasa sya as Chemical engineering profession o mas suited sa environmental engineering. Thank you and God bless..
