@juvelinks Actually pareho tayo pinag iisipan. Nag lodge din ako sa late August for 489 visa kase kulang points ko for 189. Sa 489 ko, 65 points and if consistent yung pacing sa invite, mga december siguro ma invite. But I really prefer na 189, so i'm currently prepping for PTE by november para maka lodge ako asap for 189 before december incase maka 20 points ako, but again i'm just aking the risk here.

Sa ubusan naman, well if yung projection ng Iscah ating basehan, I think kaya pa naman...

@onin111 @juvelinks kung kaya naman sige lang po re take ng pte. Hehe. Ang hirap kase pahigpit na sila ng pahigpit. Ako nag retake din ng pte last month, kaya lang sabit pa din sa speaking. Since as per projection e nov may ITA na ako, inintay ko na lang din. Luckily d na inabot pa ng nov. Pero kung hndi po ako nainvite ngayon nov e plan ko din magretake ulet sana. hehehe..kaya yan @Grifter ..Exhaust all options para makakuha ka ng evidences..Sana magkaDG tayo soon..Naghihintay pa rin ako sa Japan Police Certificate which will be provided 2 to 3 months..Pero may nakapagsabi na 1 month lang daw yon in actual so Im planning to lodge on the first week of November. Pero gusto ko na talagang maglodge. Based sa mga prediction dito, around 30-45 days ang CO allocation/contact/DG..Tama ba @levimervin ? Kung gayon, makapaglodge na nga by the last week of October. Ihahabol ko nalang ang JPC..hehe

@Grifter april 28 din DOE ko nuon. Forecast ko rin na Oct 20 or Nov 1 ko mareceive pero I took PTE parin kasi hindi talaga tayo sure ngayon. Pero yun nga sa Japan Clearance ako natagalan ngayon..Hindi ko talaga inisip na pwd pala itong makuha kahit wala pang ITA. If I only knew beforehand, inihanda ko nalang ito before pa..Ngayon, parang nawala ang silbe sa earlier invitation..May nainquire din akong iba na matagal nila nakuha ang JPC nila..Haays, im trying to weigh things out if when talaga ako maglodge. Goal ko magkaDG kaya as much as possible all docs are frontloaded before CO allocation pero one thing is certain dapat maglodge na ako before Nov 19 when my ITA expires hehe

Pa advise naman po, ung kapatid ko po na IE din nagpe prepare ngaun for her Engrs Au assessment both for Standard CDR assessment and relevant skilled employment assessment. Base sa MSA booklet Aug 2017 pag mag papa assess ng relevant skilled employment kelangan ng secondary documents - sa case nya dahil puro local employment naman - 2.1 ITR or tax receipt + 2.2 SS Insurance / Superfund, etc. Ang problema nya ngaun wala syang ITR for 2007-2008 dahil hindi daw sila binigyan ng kopya dati. Tumawag sya sa dati nyang company para humingi ng kopya kaya lang wala na daw dahil nabaha ng ondoy ung files. Sa BIR RDO naman malabo kasi 10 years ago na..Pano kaya un? sayang din kasi ung 16 months of experience nya at sayang din ung nagawa nyang career episode. Ano po kayang puedeng ipalit? may naka experience na po ba dito na walang naipakitang ITR pero umokay sa Engrs Au assessment?

@ram071312 hindi ko na sure ang changes sa bagong msa, pero kung 3rd party document ang requirement, baka po pwede ang bank statement? Or philhealth? Or sss? Pagibig? Lahat na ng sangay ng gobyerno proving na empleyado nga sya ng company nya?

Need advice mga bro and sis.

Hubby has been working for 9 years na sa present company nya. Nung nag pa assess kmi.. EA deducted 4 years from my hubby’s relevant work experience (kulang kasi nasubmit naming TAX nya)

And worry namin, if DIBP will follow the EA Relevant Skilled Employment Assessment or they will make their own assessment?

One company lang naman ung 9 years ni hubby,, and we already gathered na all the supporting documents including yung tax nya to prove ung 9 years working experience ni hubby.

Hi @lottysatty , If you don't mind, pwede mo ba ma list ang mga potential docs na pwede makuha ahead even without the invite pa? Or baka baligtad, ano kaya docs na pwede mo lang makuha or prep upon invite like e-Medical sheet, Form 80, 1221, NBI?...

Sembreak na kase, baka pwede ma process ng asawa ko yung pwede na..

@onin111 hehehe sure..If nagpaassess ka na ng EA (cdr + rsea), kunti nlang ang iprepare mo kasi more or less, pareha naman ang reqts ng DIBP. Kung sure ka na at malapit na ang invite mo, pwd ka naman kumuha na ng nbi, police clearances at pamedical. Note that the IED is based from one of these docs and 12 months lang validity so if for i.e. nagpamedical ka on november 2017 or kumuha ka ng nbi on this month or whichever is earlier, IED will be october 2018 probably.. If hindi ka pa sure sa ITA mo, suggest na huwag munang kumuha dahil baka maabotan ka pa ng expiry nila.

@lottysatty maraming salamat! So NBI and e-Medical lang talaga ang hindi pwede or preferred if meron na ITA pala.

Tama, most of these are required na sa EA. Problem ko lang kase yung current job ko, I only submitted Job Offer or yung Option 2 sa EA MSA as evidence, hindi detailed COE naka kase klaro na yata sa current company if manghingi ako neto while still here. Kailangang talaga detailed din? For my previous company naman kase for 10 yrs., detailed naman yun, dito lang sa current ko ang hindi.

@onin111 yes, I suggest you do this once you are really sure on your ITA or if meron nang ITA and para madirect grant, huwag ka muna maglodge and have these requested - madali lang ang NBI at medical. If may HIT sa NBI, makukuha mo yan after a week. Sa medical naman, if wala kang tb history or any prob with health, 3 days may result na at pwd mo itong magawa kahit hindi ka pa maglodge. Anyways, we have 60 days before magexpire ang ITA para mafrontload mo lahat docs once naglodge ka na.

I think kailangan talaga ng detailed pero may mga options naman dito na pwd yong mga supervisor ang magpirma ng detailed job desc mo if generic lang ang COE..may nabasa akong mga thread before na okay lang yon at gagawa ka ng statutory declaration..ako, walang nagawa kundi ipaalam regarding my plan pero choice din natin na hindi muna

@juvelinks hi po..Certification lang ang CEMI (Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction)..No need napo ang mga dependents natin na kumuha ng IELTS or PTE..You can ask it from the college university nya..
