@Cassey .. yung sa amin.. 4 kami.. tatlong application.. ala ko yung under 16 lang ang pwede isama sa isang application..

@multitasking Online application ba sila? Chineck ko online wala eh pero pwedeng ilagay yung reference number nung applicant na gusto mong makasama, hehe 2 applications din gagawin ko kung sakali.

@Cassey sorry.. mali pala.. 2 application sa isang immi account pala yung ginawa nila..
pero tama ka.. ang pwede lang na isama sa isang application ay yung anak lang na under 16..

Question lang guys. Pag naglodge na ba ng application for citizenship, malalaman mo na rin ba exam date mo? We’re planning to lodge kasi in Nov but we’re going overseas during the Christmas week.

@multitasking Hello, pinaSTAT DEC niyo pa ba docs niyo or no need na? Yung parent lang ba na kasama nung application nung bata ang pipirma sa responsible parent Declaration or both parents? Hehe

@Yeliboy nope malalaman mo lang yung schedule ng exam mo kase mag-eemail sila sayo ng date for the exam. Kapag naemail ka na nila tapos di ka available sa date na yun pwede mo iparesched or for some like sa melbourne, may online facility sila na pwede mo icheck yung dates na may available slots

@Cassey di ko na pinacertify yung docs namin.. kasi nakalagay doon na kailangan original.... with regards to the signature doon sa form 1195.. ako lang nag sign..

@muffles127 Wow, thanks for the info. Other question, do I need NBI clearance from the Phils? Or any unusual requirements that is not mentioned clearly in the form? Medyo confused lang.

@Yeliboy kung ano yung nasa list ng requirements nila yun na normally yung kelangan nila. hindi ako sure sa NBI pero di naman ako nahingan. Pero alam ko may criteria sila na dapat mo mameet just in case kelangan mo uli magprovide ng clearance

@Yeliboy eto ung rules nila sa penal clearance just in case di mo nakita.

You need penal clearance certificates from overseas countries if:
you lived or travelled overseas since the age of 18 years or over, and
the total time spent overseas added up to 12 months or more, and
the time spent in any one country was more than 90 days, or
you are requested to do so by the department.

Provide a penal clearance certificate from every country that you spent more than 90 days in.

hello, should both parents attach their children below 16yo in their application? or only one parent would do?

@dee0829 .. application for citizenship of children below 16 yo should only be in one parent... however, children information needs to be in both parents..

for example... in my case..kasama yung citizenship application ng anak ko sa akin.. so yung form 1195 nya ay kasama sa mga documents na i upload ko as part of my application..

doon sa application ng wife ko.. no need to upload ulit yun form 1195 nya.. yung details na lang nya ang kailangan ilagay..

Good news mga kabayan.. nag start na nga sila ulit na mag process ng application doon sa mga nag apply after April 20.... may mga nkakareceived na ng test schedule... sana maka receive na din kami.... [-O<

@multitasking ka kapply ko lang. hinintay ko kasi yung passport ko bago lang ako nagparenew. i have to update my passport details too right sa PR details ko?

Anyway~ amazing how automatic everything is. I received my new passport just today and I immediately attached the scanned copy in my application.

I was worried about my PR details kasi I thought I need to submit Form 929 to update my PR grant with my new details. Lo and behold, automatic na pala nagupdate yung grant ko dahil sa pag apply ko ng citizenship; di ko na kailangan pang ihassle aking self sa form 929.
