Application for Assessment of Competency Demonstration Report (CDR)

Hi to everyone! I'm just new to the group and hope to find ideas from helpful experienced members. By the way, my field of profession in the PH is Civil Engineer and I just downloaded the form "Summary Statement of Professional Engineer" thinking is needed to initiate my application at EA. Can I have an idea from you guys how did you filled out the form? Thanks in advance! Francis_29

Hi po, ginagawa ko po yung CDR ko po ngayon.. Tanong ko lang po mga ilang pages po lahat2 yung documents ng CDR? approximate lang po....tsaka pwedeng ako lang yung mag process sa EA? or recommended mag agent para walang problema? Thanks po sa sasagot
