This thread will be dedicated for the dependent(s) of the Main Visa Applicant. Questions like filling-out the form 80 and 1221, questions for de facto relationships, questions for requirements of the dependent(s) of the main applicant, and other form of inquiries focusing solely on the requirements of your dependents like husband or wife, kids, and parents.

Nabggit saaken ng mga seniors nde daw kailngn ang form 80 at form 1221 pero maganda ndin daw na gawen para DG hehe=)

sir khit ba mga bata kailangn mg fillup ng form 1221? So dalawang form 80 tapos 3 kids saaken plus 3 form 1221? Nlilito pa ako. Medyo maaga ng ako mgfillup excited lang lols!

@curiousmom Oo di naman required pero priniprepare na lang natin kasi para target ma Direct Grant. and sa lahi din kasi nating mga pinoy mostly hihingan tayo talaga ng form 80 at 1221. From what I know ang form 80 are for applicants 16years of age and over then ang Form 1221 are for 18years of age or over. Nakalagay naman sa mga forms kun para kanino at sino lang nag mag fifill-out nito at sa first page makikita ang mga iyan ng mga forms.

@curiousmom Hi, yung Form 80 are for applicants 16yrs and over tapos yung Form 1221 for 18up. All the best sa application niyo ni @OZingwithOZomeness. Make sure to fill up the form properly. May mga questions na dapat walang gap yung sagot like yung sa Number 17.

@Cassey Thanks for the very helpful information. By the way, yung dependents ba need rin mag pasa ng lahat ng COE ng former employers for the past 10years? Or ung main applicant lang ang strictly dapat maka pag comply ng lahat ng COE? Thanks again

@curiousmom You’re welcome. Oo, Lagay lang yung reason kung bakit siya unemployed that time like taking care of the kids or business, etc...

@OZingwithOZomeness No worries, Dependent ako pero wala akong pinass na COE. Ilalagay lang sa Form 80 pero hindi na kailangan ng proof pag dependent. Pag main applicant yun yung kailangan may proofs like COE, payslips, ITR. Tago niyo rin Form80 kasi kakailanganin uli yung ibang info kapag nagapply naman ng for citizenship.

@Cassey Salamat ng marami. Nilagay niyo rin ba under sa other national identity ung pagibig or SSS numbers both sa form 80 at 1221? kasi plan namin hindi na ilagay kasi baka hingan pa ng mga document of contributions eh wala kami nun. hehe di na kami nag cocontribute eh. hehe

@OZingwithOZomeness nku preho pala tyo, 2 years lng ako ng work sa pinas ng mgdecide ako mgapply sa SG.. hinde pala ako binyad ng employer ko =( sayang din yun. Pero sa age ko mukhang wala na sa 10years ang work ko sa pinas hehe... mabuti na lng ahahaha=)

@OZingwithOZomeness @curiousmom Nakakatuwa naman kayo, i really hope that you will get your PR soon. Just make sure to upload all the documents needed. Don’t lodge your application yet if it’s not complete kasi mas lalo kayong matatagalan pag kulang, Usually chinicheck ng CO yung application as early as 8days upon lodging.

@curiousmom salamat. nagclaim kasi kami partner points. eh nagiisip ako kung need ba ipakita ang lahat ng COE ng partner na hindi main applicant. pero im sure yung pina assess is talagang ipapakita un, di ko sure sa ibang di na nakasama sa pina assess as partner skill.

@curiousmom iniisip ko yung kasama lang sa assessment ang papasa na COE ng partner. pero the rest na within 10years di na siguro. sarado na kasi ibang company sa pinas na napagtrabahuan at wala ng contact talaga. importante may proof yung na claim na points.

@shajadecruti May I ask if sa pag apply nya ng student visa nya eh sinama ka nya ba as secondary applicant na? If not baka mahirapan kayo sa process kasi bakit magtanong ang case officer bakit di ka sinama sa initial application nya.

@shajadecruti sayang kasi kahit hindi pa kayo kasal that time pwede ka nya isama as secondary applicant. “de facto relationship” ang tawag doon. Marami ang nagmimigrate sa australia na hindi pa kasal, in a de facto relationship lang. May friends din akonna ganun, until now di pa rin sila kasal pero andun na sila sa Australia. anyway basahin mo lang muna yang mga links na yan para malaman niyo yung next steps niyo.

Oo nga po eh. Hindi naman alam pwede pala yun and that time pwede pala sabay na kami. So far sa na read ko po may mga cases na hindi na include sa initial application yong partner. Wala nga lang exact details
