@James15 you need to check the contract with your agent. I usually have a clause on my contracts with clients that they need to let me know first before they contact immigration directly. Kasi possible gumulo yung case and if so it could be grounds for terminating my services with the client for breach of contract. Medyo offensive sa agent if you do such a thing without letting them know dahil somehow parang hindi professional ang dating.

Sa mga nagpasa na ng Visa application at mga nag-ROTC noon, nilagay nyo ba sa Form 80 at Form 1221 ung ROTC nyo sa Military Service na section?

Mali ata ako. Dineclare ko kasi ung akin dun, nilagay ko ung Citizen Military Training ko under Military Service. Worry ko is baka hingan pa ako ng CO ng form 1399 para dun.

Yup. Iniisip ko nga magsend nung form para i-amend. Pero mali bang ilagay ung rotc dun sa military service? Assumption ko kasi nun baka need ilagay kasi andun siya sa transcript ko.

@churek I'm not sure. dapat cguro check mo ano sakop ng "military service" kasi ang ROTC natin parang training lang within school premises, yung sa amin yun ha, hindi yung intense training talaga sa field ng military like sa gubat or sa tubig or himpapawid kong ano man. kumbaga parang PE lng type. Not unless iba yung ROTC training nyo.

Eh sa transcript ko nakalagay yung "Citizen Military Training" ko for my first 2 years in college. haha

Passing by po to ask kung kelan kaya ang next release ng invites for 190. Puede po ba any day this week or Fridays lng invites. Eagerly waiting... day 37 na since submitting EOI... 75+5 points po... (sob)

@lipatbahay81 unpredictable ang schedules ng pre-invites for 190 unlike sa 189. Pwede days, weeks or months after lodging ng EOI. Depende din sa occupation, some occupation can get pre-invites faster than others kahit same points, experience at english proficiency.

@lipatbahay81 I got mine on a Friday po. Thur/fri po ata yung nababasa ko dito na nagiinvite si NSW, based sa trend, pero hindi siya talaga mapepredict. 14 days from EOI to NSW nomination ako. 70+5 lang ako nun, Internal Auditor din. Based sa myimmitracker parang hindi gumagalaw yung invites. Dec 18 pa yung last na may state invitation. Naka NSW naman po yung preferred state niyo noh? Mataas naman points nyo, next invitation nila kuha ka na nyan. Tiwala lang

Hello. also planning to apply for 190. Question po, meron po ba sa inyo nagapply both 189 and 190? if so, gumawa po kayo ng 2 different accounts o chineck nyo lang both 189 and 190 dun sa choices?

also, if you have any link here sa forums dun sa process ng 190. makikihingi po sana.

@kaloidq pwede naman po isang account for both 189 and 190, pwedeng separate. Sa NSW po no need to contact NSW separately, thru skillselect din sila nagiinvite.

@vincechaos bro, paano mo natanggap invite sa 190 nsw? By email ba or skillselect. May nbasa kc ako na through email, meron ding nagsasabi skill select.

Anyone there has an experience pls? Is it true that nsw sends invite only through email? At hindi naaupdate ang skill select?

@lipatbahay81 yung invitation nila to apply for State Sponsorship ay thru email binibigay. Pero yung pag provide mo ng 'interest' sa SS nila, thru Skill Select lang. If ok ang points mo, tsaka sila magsesend ng invite sa email. Hope I made it clear sir.
