@Kaye28 Ok pa po yan. Ako nga, Batch upload ako nung Jan 12, last May 4 may inupload ulit ako, and may i-add pa ako the coming weeks yung Health Understaking. Basta as long as hindi pa sya ma CO review, upload lang ng upload. And with the very long leadtime na ma review sa 189, pwede pa after at least 5 months

)

Guys/girls, I need your help please.

Is it okay to include as one career episode my 1st job which was from June 2008 to April 2009 (10mos) even if I'll submit the requirements for assessment on 1st week of July? I need my 1st job to get 15pts for work exp. Based on point system for work experience, it should be in the last 10 years. If I'll submit on July 2018, my 1st month on my 1st job won't be considered anymore, right? Do you think they will consider the other months or I should just exclude this 1st job in the cdr?

Hello! I'm a Mechanical Engineer with experience sa design in the Philippines. Tama po ba pagkaka intindi ko regarding sa assessment process. Please bear with me, di pa po talaga ako ganun ka familiar sa whole process ng application for 189 visa:

Ang kailangan iassess ay kung pasok ba sa list of occupations ang work experience? Tapos merong specific assessing body (in my case, Engineers Australia) na mag aassess?

- this applies lang po ba dun sa points for overseas work experience?
- or same process din po ba para sa points for Australian work experience? If so, magkahiwalay po ba yung dalawang yun?
- and what if iba ang work experience ko in Australia sa overseas experience ko pero parehas naman pong nasa list? Hiwalay po ba ang assessment nun or dapat bang same sila para ma count?

@butterfingers - sa pagkakaalam ko ung overseas work experience sa EA is un ung experience natin dito sa Pinas which is worth around 15 points Max. Meron ka additional 5 points if me Australian job experience ka for at least a year.

@riseendreev hello, salamat po sa pag reply. Yup, ganun din po ang pagkaka intindi ko. Pero ibig sabihin po ba, magka hiwalay ang assessment para sa dalawang items na yun? At okay lang ba na hiwalay na field or type of work sila?

Hello, ito po ang nalalaman ko sa question mo.

Yes, EA will assess most Engineering fields, primarily po Qualification ang kanilang i-assess if your bachelor degree at the specific institution or school meets the ANZCO Standard. Dito po yung 15 points for Qualification - At least a bachelor degree from an Australian educational institution or other degree of a recognised standard

Additional assessment which is the RSEA-Relevant Skilled Employment Assessment, will be the assessment for your work experience both Overseas and Within AU. So pwede mo ma join ang experience mo into one assessment lang kase the outcome letter will specify ilang years will be credited to the AU or overseas experience. This assessment will be in support of the Skilled employment score.

I think you will have to nominate a specific Occupation for each assessment, so if dalawa ang occupation experience, baka dalawa kailangan mo, I am just not sure about this.

To start, check nyo po if included ang occupation nyo:

For assessment sa EA, ito po requirements:

Usually under CDR pathway po tayo if Philippine-based

Take note kailangan po yung English Language Requirements either through IELTS or PTE or TOEFL, see PTE na thread dito kase mas madali kaysa IELTS.

Ayun po, pasok naman po ata ako sa points para sa Bachelor's Degree. Ang concern ko po ay kung BS ME graduate po ako, dapat po ba under Mechanical Engineering ang work experience ko para ma count yung points for Overseas at Australian Experience? Or di naman po ba requirement na ganun dapat?

Based po dun sa nasa link na reply niyo po sa taas, tama po ba pagkaka intindi ko na merong specific na "nominated" occupation tapos ang purpose ng assessment ay to certify na meron nga tayong work experience under sa occupation na yun?

Paano po kaya yung case ko na magka iba yung Bachelor's + overseas sa Australian experience? Tapos magkaiba pa yung "Category" (Professional Engineer Category for Bachelor's + overseas at Engineering Associate Category for Australian)

@butterfingers kailangan related yung work exp sa nominated occupation e. Pag ganyan ang case na magkaiba ang work sa degree, you might be better off nominating other occupations. Alam ko mga tao dito parang ECE,IE pero nagpapa assess as 'production engineer'

Good day everyone, questions lng po below:

1. May expiration po b ung skill assessment document ko from EA? I got mine April 18, 2016 p po.

2. Since I already received my assessment from EA last April 18, 2016 pa po thru email with a ("Relevant overseas Skilled Assessment" - June 2010 to Feb 2016) that is a total of 5 years & 8 months, now my question is that to date it is year 2018, do I still need to resubmit another application for reassessment from EA pra dun sa remaining Feb 2016 up to present experience ko? Or should I just wait for an invitation under my 189 application for further instructions by immi?

@butterfingers Tama si @MLBS , mas mabuti nominate mo occupation based sa iyong experience and in this case, baka hindi na EA ang dapat sa iyo, pwede na Vetassess or if ano ma pili mo na mas fit na occupation sa yo.

1. 3 Years daw po expiration per assessment as per DOHA pero sa EA is indefinite: https://www.engineersaustralia.org.au/For-Migrants/Migration-Frequently-Asked-Questions
"Whilst the assessment outcome will remain valid indefinitely for Engineers Australia, our understanding is that DIBP mandates that the assessment notification be no more than three years old at the date of migration application. If you require an updated letter of assessment after this time, please contact our Member Service Team."

2. Contact them nalang po, but I think you need additional assessment kase additional info po yang 2016-2018. But you have a point though na kahit hindi na covered sa EA ang after 2016, you can submit proof naman po to CO the additional 2 years

bakit nag autoupdate ang EOI example assesssment ko is 7 years (10pts) lang sa EA tapos mag 8 years ako ngayong April 2018 EOI will auto update 8 years (15points) na?

Hello po, not sure po kung me nagcomment na sa possible MLTSSL this July. IE po kasi ako naka asterisk na before ang IE worried lang po baka matanggal na sya sa list, July pa po uli ako nagbabalak magretake ng PTE. Thanks

@Bridge hello. Meron pong na release na possible occupations na pwd matanggal at wala naman IE dun. Check nyo po sa iscah, d ko macopy un link e.
Matagal na po flagged un IE pero d naman natatanggal, let's hope for the best

@grifter ano yong TO? once nagpa assess kana sa EA but you are still in the company automatic na relevant experience mo since you are still assessing the same occupation.. tama po ba
