NOT ENOUGH EVIDENCES FOR MY DE FACTO

mondj3120mondj3120 PhilippinesPosts: 34Member
GOOD DAY EVERYONE:
I have my major concerns. I will be having my intake for conversion program this coming November 2018. We are in an 8yr relation ship but never lived together of at least 12months, which is a requirement for de facto visa.

I have already paid my tuition fee sa deakin uni pero wala pa po akong student visa since di pa po ako nakapag medical.

Which is better po?

1. Marry my boyfriend po? Pero baka magkaconflict po sa documents ko with deakin university since nakabayad na po ako ng tuition fee at nakapag bigay na po ng letter of offer.

OR

2. After my conversion and aphra registration, will go back to philippines and marry my bf. Tapos po pagbalik po ng australia, sya naman po mag eenroll for a vet course (para may profession naman po sya sa oz) while i will be his dependent since mag asawa na po kami. While as his dependent and an aphra registered nurse, i will look for work as a nurse and for sponsorship.

Any response wil be highly appreciated. God bless!

You really need to provide proofs na ongoing ang relationship niyo. :)

@mondj3120 Should you decide to get married before taking the course, I don't see much problem with the university... Most of your documents specially the passport is valid for a few more years... kung kinuha mo ng 2017 malamang 10 year valid yan so maiden name mo pa ang nakalagay. Even when married may choice na rin naman whether you carry your husband surname, put a dash in between surnames or retain your married name.

Being married or in de facto would be easier for you both kasi pwede mo na syang isabay as dependent while kung later pa, mas mahal at mas mahaba ang proceso ng visa application for partner visa.

@mondj3120 If time allows, why not pero this will be too much of a hassle specially on getting a new passport...

@mondj3120 I see... nag migration agent pala kayo? for student visa? Expect na lang na they would not want to change anything for now... empre extra work pa para sa kanila yan considering na you're already midway na, if I'm not mistaken.
