  Ask ko lng about sa nomination na question part : "Number of dependents in addition to spouse/partner*" (??). Correct me if im wrong, kung may 2 kids ako I will put 2 here diba? hindi kasali yung wife ko or is its total dapat? so 3 dependent dapat lalagay ko? big deal ba to? kasi nilagay ko is 2 dependents lang.
