Hi , tanong lang po.. if ever 4-6 years ang idededuct ng ACS sa years of exp., and I only have 6yrs of accepted/assessed years by ACS, meaning ba pwedeng 0 pts tlaga kahit pa possitive outcome ang result and can still lodge EOI and be invited?

-BSECE from Sec 1 school
-PRC licensed (expired)
-CCIE
-ANZCO code Computer and Systems Network
-8yrs of exp pero parang nasa 6 years lang ang macocomplete ko ng evidence. In your opinion, isama ko parin yung iba sa ACS even though incomplete yung evidence ko?

I guess pwede mo i-try if you have at least some evidence to support it. Baka swerte at maganda mood nung assessor. Sa mga nababasa ko, your application may be put in review kasi manghihingi ng missing evidence yung assessor, so additional waiting time pa yun to complete your application (which is long enough as it is currently).

In my case I have almost 10 years experience, but I have 2 years job exp from that na wala talaga ako makuha evidence, so I didn't bother.

If your qualification is equivalent to an AQF Bachelor degree, IT major and closely related to your nominated occupation, then you’ll only get 2 years deduction. It has nothing to do Kung maganda mood ng assessor.

can't comment on that po. kasi sakin ang ginawa ko isang Stat dec lng for multiple project..isang manager nlng pinapirma ko then ang nakalagay na start and end date ay yung nasa CoE.

ACS does not determine how a certain qualification will be recognised in accordance to the Australian qualification framework - that’s more the jurisdiction of the Department Education. Hence, it’s important to know which section the institution falls under prior to applying for skills assessment. If one knows the section, then one can safely assume the AQF equivalent of his/her qualification.

Hello po, yung background ko po is licensed ECE from section 2 school, nag apply under Software Engineer ANZSCO code. Initially, ang binigay sakin ni ACS is diploma lang with 6 years deduction sa work exp. Pero meron dito sa forum na mga licensed ECE din (kahit expired na), na nakakuha ng bachelors degree under software engineer job code. Nung nagpareview ako, sinubmit ko lang yung board certificate from PRC kaya ayun, naconsider na din syang bachelors with 4 years exp deduction

Question po sana, sakto po ba tong nilagay ko na, qualification name as "AQF Diploma with a Major in computing" sa EOI. Thank you po.

magandang araw sa lahat.. ask lang po.. sa mga galing Gulf Country yong hindi magkatugma ang work position na nakasulat sa Resident ID at sa payslip or offer letter, ano po ang ginawa niyo na supporting documents para patunay na yon talaga ang work niyo? sana may sumagot po

Question po, do I need to submit another document for the review on a different ANSCO code? or ACS will assess the same document submitted previously?

How long is the review process? is it another 12-13weeks? salamat sa sasagot..

Ms @RheaMARN1171933 yung result po ba na yan na "Not closely related sa nominated ANZSCO code (ICT Security Specialist)" may points pa dn ako makukuha jan may deduction lng sa experience?..I think 4 yrs..

Does it mean ba na not suitable yung ACS assessment ko kaya may recommendation for another ANZSCO code (Systems administrator)..

These 2 are actually identical yung description niya based sa ACS guidelines and I have experience for both....Thanks for your insights..

Hi guys questions lang about sa ACS - napansin ko na hindi nanghihingi ng middle name si ACS on the skills application.
"First name" lang yung input field then "Last Name" - So I matched what is on my Passport accordingly.

But for PTE and other documents, laging kasama si Middle Name kasi "Given Name" yung hinihingi.

Will this be an issue when it's time to lodge the visa application?

My ACS did not have middle name, though my PTE included it. My EOI never had from the start too. When we got granted with the visa though, DHA added the middle name in the grant letter and VEVO.

But I would always suggest, in general, for one's peace of mind, be consistent with your documents and submissions.

Hello, I just wanted to ask a question regarding my situation in one of my previous jobs.

My previous employer is not responsive and also not willing to issue an Employment Reference Letter nor any kind of letter.
The company is operating here in Dubai back then, but now they move almost all of their department back to Amsterdam (R&D, HR, etc), they are still operating here but from what I heard it's only Sales.

Now my last option is to get a Statutory Declaration from one of our department heads (he is not there anymore). But surprisingly he doesn't have a COE or Employment Reference Letter also, and from what he knows, wala talaga nakakuha kahit isa ng COE/Employment Reference from the company.

Now he is willing to still write a Statutory Declaration, but instead of COE, he is willing to give me a copy of his contract and visa copy where in naka declare dun yung name ng company.

I have a copy of my contract signed by the CEO/Owner, I also have a copy of my visa from when I was working with them even the visa cancellation certificate after resigning, I also have the bank statement for payment proof, documents from the Dubai government (issued by Dubai Government with stamp) regarding my employment history with start and end date, with the salary indicated.

Do you think this is enough? or at least there is a chance?

All it’s saying is it’s recommending you to change your nominated occupation to what is suggested on the letter and if you want to nominate an alternative occupation other than what’s suggested then you will need to supply additional docs.

Your action plan is very very obvious on the letter - change your nominated occupation to what they are suggesting! All the best.

I think you need to prove that your employment date (from start to end/current) coincides with your manager’s, hence both of your COEs/ leaving certificates are needed.

So if your contracts have these info, I think you can try. Pero alam ko pag contracts, most likely start date lang nandoon?

It will be a negative outcome otherwise. ACS was giving you an opportunity to change it before the finalise their decision.

@casssie VEVO is an Australian visa if you were issued one.

Yes. Plus letter from your employer confirming that they will not issue employment reference with duties. Also the consignee's employment reference too.

If you can add payslips too, much better. Pero pasok na rin naman sa requirement iyong na-attach mo. Take note by ACS standards, the SSS, PAG IBIG, & PhilHealth are just counted as one payment evidence.

Overall looks good naman, just take note of the requirements for the employment reference on top of the duties e.g. official contact email/phone/address of the HR, employment type, hours worked etc.

Just my opinion btw.
