    question po for this visa....
about lang po sana sa minimum 3 years work related experience sa nominated occupation.
Need po ba ito ipa-assess thru EA pa din? or can it be made lang thru dun sa visa application ung proof ng employment na area na may iaattach? TIA

    Hi @kagenui ,

As far as i know ang 3 years work related experience ay based lang dun sa proof ng employment mo in recent years and not necessarily needed to be assessed.

also, I saw sa signature mo na galing ka pala din ng Japan and waiting ka pa din sa PCC dun...
nailodge nyo na ba ung visa nyan or waiting ka pa muna sa PCC dumating before ka maglodge?

waiting din ako sa PCC from japan eh...earliest na expected ko dumating is November and latest is December.

Yes, lodged na yung visa application namin last June 2023. Wait nalang daw kame ng request letter ng PCC that will come from Case Officer. Though I'd like to go back ulit sa Japan embassy to try to persuade them na makakuha ako ng PCC even without the request letter.

ako bro nakahingi ng request sa japan embassy without lodging ng visa. nakahingi ako ng letter from DHA.
kaya waiting ako ngayon dumating ung PCC antagal 2-3 months pa....latest to receive is December 2023 pa. :( tagal.....

pero since nakalodge ka na might as well wait na lang from the case officer baka kasi magdoble magulo pa

hello may similar case po ba dto for a Mechanical Engineer 186 ENS DE stream?
medyo in a pinch po kami ng employer ko since DIY kami.

ang issue now is nagask ung immigration sa employer ko now ng registration ko as an Engineer bilang mandated daw ito ngayon sa state ng Victoria ... take note offshore po ako ngayon pa wala pa sa Australia...
But nakapasa na ko sa Stage 1 Assessment ng skills assessment got a positive outcome.

Hindi pa ba enough tong Stage 1 Assessment ni EA as proof or need mandatory ba talaga na registered?

Salamat po sa sasagot and sa magclear up nito thank you.

    Hello,

I am Mechanical Engineer but I'm not applying as ME though ito yung first choice ko back when i was starting my journey for AU. Anyways, based on my research ang Mechanical Engineering ay kasama sa areas of Engineering na need ng registration.
This is another requirement for your eligibility kaya nag-ask si DHA. If you check the SC 186 DE Stream, under Eligibility tab, assessment and registration are separate criteria.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers!

Hello sir...yes kasama nga po sya doon.
Kaso paano po kaya iyon I tried to register na sa myCAV pero ang need kasi na requirements puro australian based documents like passport with AU visa, AU drivers license and AU medicare...which is obviously wala pa ako....kaya di ko maregister. :( pero still keeping our fingers crossed.

Also, you may not need a registration if you will be under a registered ME in your company (company who sponsored you).

    Nomination Application: April 27, 2023
Checklist and Additional Details Request: Oct 23, 2023
Submitted Additional Details: Nov 17, 2023
    Nomination Approval Notice: Nov 23, 2023 <3

    Happy Days!

Share ko na lang din sa inyo para di nyo na din mafeel ung anxiety and overthinking if may same case dto like this para you know what to do.

so bale sa mga Mechanical Engineers dyan under 186 ENS DE stream working in NSW, Victoria states Yes they will ask you for registration in the respective state kasi mandatory na.
So what we did are the ffg:
    a. submitted the MSA Stage 1 competency
    b. submitted a valid PRC registration
    c. sent a letter of explanation that I will register once I arrive in Victoria
    d. sent another letter of explanation that my work are according to "prescriptive standards"
(gave examples of AS standards na we are using) and that mostly my design analysis are based on
software simulation calculations that do not need advanced computations to accomplish my job

Actually hindi inexplain sa approval notice kung ano ung naging correct action namin dyan so better ganyan na lang din iadvise nyo sa employer nyo na gawin to be sure.

Next up is waiting game naman kami sa Visa Grant! :)
    hopefully maging smooth!

    Visa lodgement: Nov. 14, 2023
    Medical Exam: Nov. 22, 2023
No Case Officer yet so waiting starts today! :)

    Godspeed sa atin mga NOYPI!

    question po for this visa....
about lang po sana sa minimum 3 years work related experience sa nominated occupation.
Need po ba ito ipa-assess thru EA pa din? or can it be made lang thru dun sa visa application ung proof ng employment na area na may iaattach? TIA

    Hi @kagenui ,

As far as i know ang 3 years work related experience ay based lang dun sa proof ng employment mo in recent years and not necessarily needed to be assessed.

    thank you sir.

waiting din ako sa PCC from japan eh...earliest na expected ko dumating is November and latest is December.

    [email protected]

then eto lagay mo sa subject line:
ENS FRONT - END LOAD PENAL CHECK LETTER

(ENS, TSS or ung shortcut ng inaaplyan nyo na stream)

then sa content ng letter of request state mo lang name mo and ano inaapplyan mo and magrequest ka ng letter of request for the country nung PCC.

    then fill up these details:
    Principal Applicant:
    Birth Date:
    Passport Number:
    Visa Application:
    Immi Account Ref No:
    Employer TRN:

then attach your passport info page agad for verification nila.

then in a day or minsan less than an hour magbigay na sila agad nyang letter of request without waiting for CO.

hope this help sa lahat dito tong email na to.

    anyway goodluck bros!

hi, how hard it is to find an employer that is willing to sponsor you?

I browsed the SC186 ENS sa immi website and found three streams: DE, Labor Agreement and TRT. Among three DE and LA ang pwede sa offshore candidates. What I did is opened the list of Labour Agreements in DHA website and searched their company one by one. Is this an effective method of finding an employer that is willing to sponsor you?

Is having a positive skills assessment and superior english a great asset if i send them an email and cover letter explaining that I am looking for sponsorship? or should I just wait for 189/190 since I have already lodged an EOI?

hi po sir, question po, are you doing this DIY? if so... medyo tricky po yang part na yan talaga... unless you have put the names of your family members (kahit di sila mag-migrate with you), on the application, the system will "always" look for a reference regarding them when you are applying po for any visa (based on my experience lang, so please don't quote me on it. :) )

i have experienced this when applying for 189/190, and also with my 186 applications, with 186 nga lang, i had the help of a MARA agent which was really a plus factor, kasi alam na nila pasikot-sikot ng visa application...

Upon searching more on the internet, seems like yung migrating family member unit is yung mga dependant talaga such as spouse or children na wala rin naman ako. Hoping for a grant in few months time.

hi po sir, question po, are you doing this DIY? if so... medyo tricky po yang part na yan talaga... unless you have put the names of your family members (kahit di sila mag-migrate with you), on the application, the system will "always" look for a reference regarding them when you are applying po for any visa (based on my experience lang, so please don't quote me on it. :) )

i have experienced this when applying for 189/190, and also with my 186 applications, with 186 nga lang, i had the help of a MARA agent which was really a plus factor, kasi alam na nila pasikot-sikot ng visa application...

all the best po and sana maliwanagan po kayo sa sagot ko, baka mas maraming tanong pa ang mamuo sa isipan nyo :)

    God Bless kabayan!

Upon searching more on the internet, seems like yung migrating family member unit is yung mga dependant talaga such as spouse or children na wala rin naman ako. Hoping for a grant in few months time.

all the best then sir! :)

good to know you found your way.

    cheers!

Fortunate for those who manage to juggle their way into the migration system jargon. Is 186 DE processing times improved po ba ? Do you expect regional employers are getting the gist of the scheme, ang hirap makahanap ng employer lalo na offshore eh. Share tips naman jan paano ?

TBH, sa nakikita kong trend ngayon, 482 and 186 employer visa's are the way to go para makapasok ng AU ng may work na agad (sobrang kaunti ng 189/190/491 allocations nitong taon na to at sa susunod), unfortunately, mahirap makahanap ng employer lalo na at offshore po, kahit yung onshore na, hirap makahanap ng sponsoring employer, meron man magpost online (seek, indeed, linkedin), sobrang bihira... coming from my field (IT), medyo mahirap makapasok now and makakita ng employer... mas mabilis kung nurse, aged-care, social service worker, teacher ang naghahanap ng offshore work...

it is still worth a try applying po, wala naman mawawala... my suggestion is to defintely cater your resume to the australian one, come up with cover letters na specific sa work na ina-applyan, and samahan ng dasal kapag nag-aapply...

    all the best po!

    God Bless!

Congrats po! Ibig sabihin po from visa application more than 2 months po ang naging waiting time?

Hello! Hoping someone can help. I am currently on 482 visa and already onshore. My previous boss has a company and wants to hire me. Can I accept po and maybe apply 186 visa? Thank you.
