Can you share your breakdown of points? for 190, you are at the minimum score eligible to apply BUT looking at the current situation where there are limited places for the invites, there will be more EOI's in the pool that have better points.

I suggest looking into the area where you can improve the points:
1. english superior +10
2. partner english + 5
3. partner skilled pts +5? or 10 i forgot.
4. naati (quite expensive) +5?

Just saw this in another group , a stark contrast of invites this year.

Keeping hopes high for many to get invited all the more even when the going gets tough, the tough gets going!

I have a question po. When applying for 491 NSW need lang po ba magsend ng EOI or need pong mag email pa sa state? Then regarding nman po sa 190 VIC, pano po magsend ng ROI?

491 - EOI only. No need to email state.

VIC ROI - create an account here and submit ROI. Use your EOI# in skillselect dedicated for VIC only:

NSW /QLD /WA - **EOI only **

caveat: QLD (ROI required for graduate and SBO stream)

VIC /TAS/SA- EO and ROI

NT- EOI and State nomination

ACT-EOI and Matrix Points

Hello Sir/ Ma’am,

Sino po same situation sa akin dto? With newborn child and spouse. As per Phil embassy, it will take approx 8 months para sa passport na need ng Immigration. We sent documents to immig and they acknowledged it that there’s a delay and just send them the passport once available.

Do you think that they will grant us or wait to accomplish my newborn’s passport? I am thinking of sending an email sa kanila kung kumusta ang application namin.

I attended the NSW Business and Skilled Migration Online Seminar this morning. They mentioned that they have already invited candidates and utilized 70% of their allocations for this year, with the remaining 30% to be used before the end of the financial year.

Additionally, they discussed the upcoming invitation rounds for subclasses 190 and 491, noting that these are approaching very soon as they are in the final stages of preparing the invitations. This is especially true for priority occupations, including health, education, ICT, infrastructure, and agriculture.

gising na ang NSW guys!!!! i feel like a round of invitation might happen sooon! ✨✨✨✨ double check your EOIs na updated and tama lahat ng info, malay mo ikaw na next ma-invite!!!

To add to @PHauw , they also presented the sectors in which have some note on (491 specific for AGRI sector) and 491 Pathway 1 threshold for employment criteria is reduced from 12 months to 6 months!

1) Agricultural professionals will get invited through 491 in short. @MidnightPanda12 fyi

2) And also to be considered as a decision ready application - get your documents valid at least 5 business days before and after getting invited:
Nomination documents are the following:
-Skills Assessment
-Skilled employment assessed by assessing body (ACS in case of ICT professionals)
-English language test ( primary and secondary applicants)
-Passport (Main applicant)
-CCL ,NAATI (if applicable)

3) 491 is on top of the pile (priority processing ) based on the MD105 and confirmed during Q&A portion of the meeting

4) Nominations will end by June 2024 , this is also mentioned in the presentation
