Hi, I'm using Respall's services din. I was invited sa VIC. Based on my experience with them, sa kanila lahat ng communications. I did not have access sa EOI, no notification on my end when I was invited as well, I heard all the news from Respall na. The only direct notification I got on my personal email were the ones from VIC for the confirmation of the ROI that we lodged, when we applied for the nomination and when it was approved. Tapos pagdating sa visa application, sila ulit yong configured to get notifications for whatever communication is necessary based dun sa summary of responses na nireview ko before we lodged the application.

Thank you po. I thought so din po kaya mejo nagworry ako nung di ako nainvite kasi I have same points din sa iba na na-invite. I submitted my EOI last Dec 12, 2023. Here's my breakdown po:

Depende ito, for 189 EOI no requirement needed ,sa state nomination dito na magkakatalo, just search on each states requirements as may specific sila for each occupation.
VIC and NSW are relax with employment contract requirement for offshore applicants

TAS i do think they require na may job offer to qualify for the Green Pass

ACT is also tough, Matrix points shoot up and one criteria is if may job offer mas mataas points mo, atm ang taas ng cutoff to even qualify

WA also needs a contract of employment to qualify except for building and construction professionals

For SA you need to at least have worked in a Defence sector occupation to qualify for the Highly Talented Stream

QLD ,ACT and NT needs settlement funds as far as i know

Is better to check each states requirements to tailor your best fit for each state that you eye to apply.

Good day po. I'm waiting for invite pero may offer po ksi sa kin sa US for work. I would like to grab it and at the same time, wait pa rin for AU. Will it affect po ba kpag nakareceive ako ng 190 189/190 invite? yung requirement po sa offshore na 6 months kelangan po ba 6 months in a country of residence?

Basta update your EOI as soon as your circumstance change. Also, check specifically the state's requirement you are applying 190 to. Iba iba sila eh. Risky idelay yung mga ganitong opportunities since di rin naman certain sa aus.

For 189 you can declare them all and also for other states you can mention those employment episodes in your EOI , for NSW just include those mentioned in your vetassess letter.
