Hope that we can get a glimpse of grants moving April May June 23 altogether, once all decision ready applications granted , onto the next pile but accdg to GM mga Feb 2025 or March 2025 pa maclear yung June 2023.

July 23 grants payag ba kayo ? Hehe 😜

but i remember they did have a phase last year or ealry this year na ung processing time ay nag va vary widely. i remember there was 18-20months waiting time din before. hopefully it's just a phase and they change it to up to fast track grants sooner

I did some backreading from last year's start of FY, and seems like first week palang ng July, naggragrant na pala sila. Hoping na ganun this time

Hi, wondering how DHA would handle the backlogs given na they increased the state allocations hehe. Any thoughts master? 😂

Is a bold statement coming from the same team who in the beginning of all the changes last year was pointing to the broken system, housing crisis and politicking among others.

I do think they had enough levers in place to regulate the temporary migration population from further blowing up. (Students remaining as students and tourists conversion into students visa and WHV etc.)
At the heart of all these -they have a look ahead planning to accommodate this FY migration plan side by side establishing the new points system and the multi year planning levels.
When they said - the boost of nomination seats to states “won’t affect the existing backlogs,waitlist and delays “ i will just close my eyes 👀 and let us pass the grant stage and talk about it later 😝😂

Try not to overanalyze things guys, napasa nyo na EOI and that's the extent na pwede nyo gawin. Wala na kayo magagawa if they change rules or take time to grant your visas. Go do something fun while waiting for the visa process to move. Take it from me na 2017 pa iniisip ang Visa. Cheers!

@MLBS thanks for the reminder ,most of us rely on each other kaya better nga na maging relax lang ,take it easy mode na - honestly i am short sighted in migration issues if we don’t hear news around socials , and from the pieces of info we can decimate if gradually the government is leaning which direction, just too many variables to start with.

Anyways thankful we passed the visa application stage or even the invitation stage i must say is the most gut wrenching experience to wait for something that would come in my way or more so not get any invites at all . Cheers!🍻

I believe [and this is a speculation] that these are automatically calculated based on the recent number of grants(I.e calculated directly based on data rather than manual changes to the timeline behind the scenes)

Given there have been fewer grants last two months, and when the new grants start flowing in upcoming months, the timeline should hopefully slide back a little.

Last July 2023 meron 7K na grants ang 491
Exciting ang mga susunod pa!

Grabe na ang 491, 3 years na para ma grant! In that time na satisfy mo na ang 3 yrs reqd stay sa regional to be eligible for 191. Happy for the grants pa rin - hopefully bumilis na ang grants ng all visa subclasses

Just my opinion, baka ito yung mga complicated / irregular cases kaya nagtagal bago magrant.

The only way to lower down that processing times is to finish the oldest applications , if they can continue on like that . Mahihila na yang 29 months na yan down,ang sakit sa mata.
