Hi, Question lang, ako yung main and partner is dependent (skilled), while waiting for grant pwede pa bo ba lumipat si dependent ng work? If yes po, need pa ba iinform si dha? Thanks po.

uhmm... ano pong visa nyo? 190 or 491? if dependent lang naman po lilipat ng work, i believe you do not have to inform DHA about it, just my opinion po, lets wait for others inputs

Ah ganun po ba, kasi i remember na hiningi din yung works niya during lodgment e hehe. Visa 190 po, offshore kami. Ano pong mga instances yung kailangan iupdate si DHA? Pag address po ba?

Tanong ko lang saan ko i-upload ung bago ko na NBI clearance sa immi? dun pa din ba sa same section, add documents? mag expire na kasi ung na submit ko. Salamat sa sasagot

Yes, same section or pwede din yata under Other documents

Thank you so much for answering! Mag-take palang po kasi ako ng PTE tomorrow, worried ako baka di Superior makuha ko, regardless sana, magpasa na ako ng EOI once makuha results and if hindi Superior, mag-exam nalang uli ako. Hehe.

Thank you po! I just got my scores and 80+ across all bands po siya. Huhu. I already have a positive skills assessment. Tama po ba, ang next step na is sa EOI sa SkillSelect?

Total points definitely affects invitation chances! For superior vs non-superior english, there's no clear or written rule if they will choose superior vs non superior. There are some discussions na it gives you a better edge. Meron pa yung pag skilled partner din, mas may edge daw.

Well try to do as much as you can do that can be controlled within your hands. Pag may tiyaga, may nilaga.

If the occupation is eligible under the same subclass, mas maganda if may positive skills assessment para makadagdag sa points.

DIY lang po kasi kulang budget..

Magtatanong lang po kung Yes or NO ba isasagot sa question for my partner, "has this family previously travelled to Australia?"

My partner is the primary visa holder of our current 482 visa; he arrived in Australia in 2020 and has never left.

Now po, I will be the main applicant, ano po ba isasagot dun sa previous travel to Australia for my partner?
