Hello good day. I checked in the immi website and says here the MINIMUM POINTS for invitation. Does this mean if I have declared points below these min points indicated per occupation, I would no longer be invited?

it is a point system, the higher your points, the better chances of getting an invite

nabasa ko din po na kino-consider din yung partner if skilled, possibly para makatulong with taxes, this is just my opinion po :) pero based sa nabasa ko, mas kino-consider ng state to give an invite to somebody who has a partner, rather than those who are single, if they are going to be on the same points like maybe 85 or something, better have that further checked po to confirm...

at the end of the day, points ang labanan, and sadly ngayon that is the trend, my advise is to maximise the points you have and then pray to be invited...

    all the best!

if you can provide more context like anong ANZSCO code po sya, it will be easier to check on the immigration website with regards on what points are currently being invited :)

WRT invites, nobody can really tell, lalo na at state invitations to, every state has their own way of sending out invites, some states even ask people to put in ROI's, not just EOI's :)

my suggestion, put in an EOI for each state, on all possible visas (189, 190, 491's)

    cheers!

    Hello,
meron na po ba dito na nag claim ng points before ACS deemed date for VIC and 189?
My experience started nung 2014-2015 and 2016-2024 (2 employers)
Ok po ba na nilagay ko yung 2014-2015 pero nilagay ko not nominated (hindi po ako nag claim ng points)

Then sa second employer ko nag start ako noong 2016 pero after assessment 2017 yung na-deem.
Question po kung pwede ko i-claim yung 2016 since same employer naman, iisa lang naman po ang pinasa ko na requirements for that employer sa ACS.

Some other things about me: assessed by bachelor degree and all of my experience are closely related sa nominated ANZSCO

    Good Day!

I'm a new member here at pinoyau forum. My wife and I just lodged our EOI yesterday for any / all states via skill select. I came across a youtube video discussing about lodging an R.O.I / Registration of Interest for Victoria after submitting an EOI. Is this a required step to get invited? Are there other states in Australia that we need to submit an R.O.I?

    Thank you!

Other than your EOI in skillselect,VIC requires ROI and ACT has canberra matrix. Details for both can be found on their websites.

    Thank you!

It's recommended to create separate EOIs for each State you aim to apply for nomination. After creating an EOI where VIC is only selected, you need to submit ROI.

Copy. Nag update na ako ng EOI na Victoria lang ang napili. Same EOI number. Do I need to resubmit an ROI sa Victoria?

No need if you're using the same EOI number

For experience and age nag -auto update naman yung points ,so you don’t need to do anything.
Possible na hindi maupdate yung claimed points If you leave your current employment na may end date na sa huli.
