if you choose to study po yan, it must be in the designated regional area.
491 to 191 follow nyo po yung advice above.

Ibig sabihin is if mag aaral yung 491 visa holder, kailangan sa school na located sa designated regional area. Hindi ibig sabihin na required mag aral

Ok thanks po for clarifying, may nababasa at napapanood kasi ako sabi required magaral para maapprove ung 191 and maging pr.

Just be careful of what you see and read. If possible double check the sources kasi nakasalalay visa mo dyan. Good thing is maami helpful people here in the forum.

better lean on the side of caution kahit online or remote studies, the school or uni should be based on regional areas. Im based in darwin before during my 491 visa. Then nung na-approve na yung 191 PR ko, tsaka ako nag enrol sa University of Queensland sa Brisbane regarding their online program, good thing commonwealth supported yung program kaya almost 80% discount sa uni fees.
