When I checked my name sa immi account ko, hala biglang nag iba nga yung name ko. So I created cover letter explaining about my wrongly spelled name and attached evidence like passport, 191 Visa Acknowledgement Application, Immi Grant Notice, indicating my full and correct name. Until now waiting pa ako sa response nila. But Im still wondering bakit nag iba spelling ng name ko. Does anyone encounter the same issue sa Immi account nila?

And also Im based here in Darwin, NT working as Data Analyst. Lipat na kayo dito oks ang sahod lalo na pag IT and contractual position

Not related po sa post nyo pero tanong ko lang kung anong occupation/profile po ang inaaplyan nyo for 491? Targetting data analyst din pero di ko alam san sya pinaka bagay. May nag suggest din sa akin na sa NT mag try. Thank you and congrats sa 191 visa approval!

Mag ask lang po sana ako regarding 191 application.

We had our 491 visa last November 2020 but we were able to come here by June 2021.
I already had three NOA from ATO but the first year, I worked only for a month (1700aud only taxable income).

My question is are we eligible to apply for 191 since tinanggal na din nila ung income requirement for the said visa.

1) kung counted ba Ang part time job Basta May NOA? Ang part time job ba sa aussie is pwede na ideclare as taxable for NOA?

2) if remote work from ibAng Bansa, pwede po ba ideclare as taxable for NOA?

Good day! Kumusta 191 application mo? Almost similar case natin, Oct 2020 na grant visa namin and dahil sa lock down, Jan 2022 pa kami naka pasok. So hopefully sa Jul 2024 we can apply 191 kasi meron na kaming 3 tax return.

question po: currently i’m on 491 visa and was made redundant sa job ko. need ko ba i update sa immi account na im currently unemployed? though upon checking walang naka lagay na end date din dun at anung evidence ang ilalagay ko? anyone experience this? or kapag nag ka new employer na lang ako saka ko i-update? will it affect my 191 later on? thanks in advance.

Based on my understanding, need mo lang iupdate once you have a new employer na.

Based on my understanding, need mo lang iupdate once you have a new employer na.

thank you, yan din yung naisip ko. and even sa immi account, it does not have any info regarding end date din ng bawat employer. asking lang dito at baka merong iba na naka experience din. salamats ulet!

2. Need pa ba medical, and PTE para sa partner? pero tapos na kami noong 491 palang
3. What are the list of documents na sinubmit for 191?
4. If for example sa FY 2023 ( Paid on the Account on April to June 30, 2023), FY 2024 (Paid on the account for the (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024), FY2025(July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025) Pwede na ba since magenerate yan ng 3 tax assessments.

Credited to the account ang basis hindi yung date ka nagwork para mag generate ng tax assessments (tama ba ito)
5. Stayed in the regional area for 3 years (Dito ako sure)

Ayon sa mga questions mo ito yun personal answer ko.

1. Tingin ko kahit malayo sa occupation as long as may 3 consecutive notice of assessment ng ATO ppwede kang mag apply ng 191. Wala kasing nakasulat sa website na dapat gawin mo yung nominated occupation mo eh

2. Wala ding nakasulat sa website na need ng PTE and medical para sa partner pero once na nag apply ka na ng 191 minsan nag sesend sila ng email na need ng medical so far sa PTE wala akong nababalitaan na nagtake ulit.

3. ETO DIN ANG GUSTO KONG MALAMAN pero for sure na yung 3 consecutive notice of assessment from ATO, Tenant agreement, address, bills, payslip an the rest hindi ko na alam.

4. Kailan ka po na grant? kasi kami na grant kami ng Nov 22 then dumating nag OZ ng Jan 2023 then nag start kami mag work ng Feb 2023 kaya meron kaming 2022-2023 tax return so counted as 1 na yung the 2023-24 2nd 2024-25 3rd. Then nakasulat din sa 191 requirements na "hold an eligible visa for at least three years" so Dec 2025 kami mag aapply ng 191 kasi Nov 2022 kami nagrant eh dun kami nag count and may 3 consecutive notice of assessment ATO.

5. Pag may work ka legally starting July 1 - June 30 (next year) dun ka magkaka tax return.

You can receive notice of assessment even if you have a zero income. And naka state sa 191 na there is no minimum income requirement for 191.

AFAIK, After 3 yrs from 1st entry date nyo pa po pede.

Walang nasususulat na first entry date.

Have an eligible visa
You must hold an eligible visa when you apply. You must have held that visa for at least 3 years before you apply.

An eligible visa is a subclass 491 or subclass 494 visa.

2020 No income kasi wala work - no tax return
2021 With notice of assessment (above salary threshold)
2022 - With notice of assessment (above salary threshold)
2023 - Current Income Statement (above salary threshold). End of Financial year pa makukuha yung notice of assessment.

You can file Notice of Assessment kahit na zero income. Technically, no minimum threshold requirement, Inaasess nila kahit zero income. The above salary threshold ay para sa employers para mapasweldo ang 482 visa holders

Hindi ko po sure if natanong na dito sa thread na ito regarding remote and hybrid work arrangement while under VISA 491.
Meron po ba naka experience na ng fully remote work with Sydney (or major city) based company and hybrid work (3days at home, 2 in office)? I know it's been mentioned here pero based on other's personal experience meron na po bang gumawa nito?

As far as I know hindi yan magiging counted, especially if weekly yung schedule mo sa office. Sa akin is 100% remote. You can check these:
