    @liyah22 IDP ang nagcompute nung sa amin, actually may sobra yun para mas safe, :) check mo na rin immi.gov.au kasi may guidelines naman dun, need rin kasi na i-take into consideration yung age ng kids, ung duration ng course,etc.. punta ka na lang IDP kasi they are free of charge naman, :)

    Dec 8, 2012 - completed all requirements. for jan. 2013 intake
    Dec 9, 2012 - agency advised me to wait for 3 months as required by immi that show money must be at least 3 months old before lodging the papers.
    March 8, 2013 - agency renewed my Letter of Offer for july 8, 2013 intake.
    April 9, 2013 - paid the visa processing fee and started lodging the documents.
    April 29, 2013 - received a medical notice from immi and agency provided me the medical forms and instructions.
    April 20, 2013 - medical examinations done at NHSI- Cebu
    May 24, 2013 - Agency emailed me a notification to pay my tuition fee and to get a eCOE.
    May 28, 2013 - Paid tuition fee and health cover
    May 30, 2013 - got the eCOE and sent a copy to agency
    June 3, 2013 - visa granted.. Yehey... Thank you God!!!
    June 17, 2013 - Arrived in Darwin Airport.. YEHEY!!!

    april 15 13= paid my tuition fees to carrick
    april 16 13= got my COE from carrick brisbane
    april 29 13= lodge application PIASi
    april 30 13= got msg from embassy for medical request
    may 2 13= medical at nationwide
    may 4 13= medical uploaded (according to nationwide)pero d pa ako na ka tanggap ng msg from EMbassy
    may 30 13 = got a letter na magsasara ung skul na pinag erolan ko!!!! (tiwala lng kay GOD)
    june 10 13 = naka hanap na ng bagong skul then bayad na din tuition wait ko n lng ang COE then sabi ng embassy email ko na lng sa kanila ang bagong COE ko ;)
    june 13 13 = sent new COE sa embassy
    june 20 13 = got my CO then request na for additioanal documents they called me sa fone.
    JUNE 20 2013 = PASSED MY ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS TRU EMAIL
    JULY 10 2013 = embassy emails me na d pwede ung show money ko na 1.3 m dahil nasa investment fund siya and i have to complete lahat ng show money ko in 8 days.
    JULY 15 2013 = emailed embassy na kung pwede ilipat ko ung pera ko sa investment fund sa eastwest bank na sabi nila pwede daw ung east west ko
    JULY 22 2013 = nag reply na ang embassy about my funds then they told me n kailangan ng mga certificate galing sa bank n ung funds ko ay nailipat ko tlaga sa eastwest from BDO then they ask for an extension letter galing sa school ;)
    JULY 24 2013 = passed my new certificates from the bank na ang show money ko na investment fund ko from bdo ay nilipat ko sa eastwest ( wait na lang ako ng letter from school )
    JULY 25 2013 = recieved my extension letter from my school until aug 2 then if d pa din lumabas ang visa ko within next week
    next intake na akk w/c is aug 22 then na email ko na sa embassy today ung extension letter ko
    JULY 22 2013 = recieved an email from the embassy na natangap na nila ung additional docs ko
    AUG 1 2013 = nag email nmn sila na d pa nila n rereceive and documents ko 3 bes ko n un sa kanila ni send !!!!!!!
    AUG 13 2013 =hard copy na ng bagong COE ang pinasa ko sa piasi
    d na ako umabot sa first intake so na mive ang intake ko ng aug 26
    AUG 14 2013 = nagtxt na ang embassy sa akin na natanggap ma nila ang bagong COE ko
    AUG 16 2013 = got email na VISA GRANT NA

    1 month na since nag lodge ako ng application, wala paring update from embassy...wala ring sense tumawag sa inquiry hotline kasi all they did was to confirm that my application is already with embassy and to just wait contact from DIAC via email...sigh...sa bagay sabi naman 90 working days and processing...waiting patiently.

    i got a text from my agency saying that i need to pay my tuition fee to get a COE..sabi nila nalodge na ang papers ko prior to receiving my medical, and a month ago i did my medical exam . ahmm im just confuse kc lahat ng timelines dito they paid their tuition and got there COE prior to the lodgement of their papers..im confused with how my my papers are being processed and the transition of my application. parang mas nauna sakin ang lodge ng papers tapos medical tapos tuition fee and COE. anu po ba right transition ng 572 visa application?

    is it always be paid tuition fee and coe first before lodgement of papers kc skin agency din ako tapos. na lodge nila papers ko tapos i got my medical notice tas after a month ng paghihitay i tot i was waiting for a decision pero sinabihan nila ako na magbayad ng tuition to get my coe. d ko alam kung anu ibig sabihin ng transition of my application..

    @jaimeph bakit nga ganun? Ang alam ko po enroll or byad muna ng tuition fee pra mabigyan ng coe before maglodge ng docs sa embassy.. Hmm pero nkpagpamedical kna? May ngtxt b sau from embassy n nsakinla n ung docs mo? Kc kahit may agency magttxt p din cla sa main application pag nrrcieved n nila un documents mo.. Linawin mu muna sa agency.. Anong agency po un? May acknowledgement letter b from embassy na pinakita prior medical? San k po ngpamedical..?

    @jaimeph agency din ako pero prior to lodging, kailangan tlga na makapag enroll ka muna kasi requirement din for the visa yun. Medyo weird, alam ko hindi nag aaccept ng application diac pg wla pa ecoe. Or pwede rin? Kasi diba nasa website din nila yung checklist before lodging.

    pede naman magsubmit ng application prior to enrolling kse dun sa form so long as me letter of offer ka from school it's good to go, mas preferred lang talaga na enrolled ka to be safe i guess with regards to reservation ng slot mo sa said school...baka ganun lang talaga ginawa ng agency mo, pina submit ka munang application then nag request na si embassy ng COE. Ayos yan, it only means na pina process na nga yung application mo :)

    ala naman akong narecieve na email from embassy.. yung medical ko from agency ko nalaman sila nagemail skin ng form. i dont know why hindi naponta skin directly ang mga notifications from embassy. my agency is ets i called them yesterday they said my application has progressed and need to get the coe para mapasa agad sa embassy. i asked them why didnt they let me pay the tuition first prior to lodging tas sabi nila para safe daw ang pera whatever the decision is.

    hi po mag 1 buwan na na naka lodge ang papers ko po wala pa di ako CO ok lng ba un or mabahala na ako??? dapat ba may CO na ako by this time,,,,, june 24 kasi ang start ng skul ko??

    Dec 8, 2012 - completed all requirements. for jan. 2013 intake
    Dec 9, 2012 - agency advised me to wait for 3 months as required by immi that show money must be at least 3 months old before lodging the papers.
    March 8, 2013 - agency renewed my Letter of Offer for july 8, 2013 intake.
    April 9, 2013 - paid the visa processing fee and started lodging the documents.
    April 29, 2013 - received a medical notice from immi and agency provided me the medical forms and instructions.
    April 20, 2013 - medical examinations done at NHSI- Cebu
    May 24, 2013 - Agency emailed me a notification to pay my tuition fee and to get a eCOE.
    May 28, 2013 - Paid tuition fee and health cover
    May 30, 2013 - got the eCOE and sent a copy to agency
    June 3, 2013 - visa granted.. Yehey... Thank you God!!!
    June 17, 2013 - Arrived in Darwin Airport.. YEHEY!!!

    feb 5 13 to march 5 2013= review for ielts
    march 9 2013 = ielts exam
    march 13 13 = pass application form to carrick educ in brisbane
    march 18 13 = got the offer letter from carrick
    march 22 13 = pass the ielts exam yeheey!
    april 15 13= paid my tuition fees to carrick
    april 16 13= got my COE from carrick brisbane
    april 29 13= lodge application PIASi
    april 30 13= got msg from embassy for medical request
    may 2 13= medical at nationwide
    may 4 13= medical uploaded (according to nationwide)pero d pa ako na ka tanggap ng msg from EMbassy
    may 30 13 = got a letter na magsasara ung skul na pinag erolan ko!!!! (tiwala lng kay GOD)
    june 10 13 = naka hanap na ng bagong skul then bayad na din tuition wait ko n lng ang COE then sabi ng embassy email ko na lng sa kanila ang bagong COE ko ;)
    june 13 13 = sent new COE sa embassy
    june 20 13 = got my CO then request na for additioanal documents they called me sa fone.
    JUNE 20 2013 = PASSED MY ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS TRU EMAIL
    JULY 10 2013 = embassy emails me na d pwede ung show money ko na 1.3 m dahil nasa investment fund siya and i have to complete lahat ng show money ko in 8 days.
    JULY 15 2013 = emailed embassy na kung pwede ilipat ko ung pera ko sa investment fund sa eastwest bank na sabi nila pwede daw ung east west ko
    JULY 22 2013 = nag reply na ang embassy about my funds then they told me n kailangan ng mga certificate galing sa bank n ung funds ko ay nailipat ko tlaga sa eastwest from BDO then they ask for an extension letter galing sa school ;)
    JULY 24 2013 = passed my new certificates from the bank na ang show money ko na investment fund ko from bdo ay nilipat ko sa eastwest ( wait na lang ako ng letter from school )
    JULY 25 2013 = recieved my extension letter from my school until aug 2 then if d pa din lumabas ang visa ko within next week
    next intake na akk w/c is aug 22 then na email ko na sa embassy today ung extension letter ko

    April 23 - Lodged Visa Application thru PIASI (VIA Ctr), Makati City

    April 24 - Received Confirmation Receipt / Student Acknowldgmnt Letter with Attached Health Assessment Referral Letter for Medical Exams

    April 25 - Initial Medical Exam at Natonwide Health Systems Aux, Makati City

    April 30 - Follow up Additional Test for elevated blood pressure at Nationwide Mkt

    May 3 - Nationwide Forwarded Medical Results to E-medical Systems Australian Embassy - Global Health Unit for medical clearance

    May 6 - Forwarded additional documents : Form 129 (Change of Contact Email Address for Correspondence) and other supporting docs; DIAC Office Australian Embassy Manila acknowledged Receipt

    May 20 - Received email enquiry reply from K. AURELIO - DIAC VISA Office informing me that "the application is still being assessed against the relevant legislatative criteria and still awaiting the medical clearance from Global Health Unit (GHU) in Australia for a referred medical results.

    May 23 - Received email enquiry reply from K. AURELIO - DIAC VISA Office advising me that Global Health Unit has put my medical clearance finalization on PRIORITY LIST and to advise me the soonest they receive feedback from GHU

    May 23 - Forwarded via email the Revised copy of my COE, Letter of Offer and Letter Authorising for Late Arrival for the Change in the Schedule of Study period / joining date from 6 May 2013 to 11 June 2013 with DIAC Acknowledgmnt receipt

    May 27 - Received email enquiry reply from J. AMISTAD - DIAC Visa Office with Position No. ----+++ informing me l "medical assessment has been successfully finalised with request to forward s completed Form 815 Health Undertaking

    • Sent email w/ attachment of the signed Filled out Form 815 HU to J. AMISTAD; no receipt confirmation from DIAC received

    May 28 - Re-sent Form 815 to confirm forwarding of required documents, again no receipt confirmation given

    June 4 - Received email advice informing me that my application has been finalized on 3 June and visa decision was despatched via courier Air21

    June 5 - Visa Grant Notice pack delivered

    MGA KABABAYAN ito po ang naging problem ko today ung school na na enrollan ko ay nag sara i just got a letter na mag sasarado na sila sa JUNE 7 at ang intake ko ay JUne 24 and to make things worst po naka lodge na ako 1 month ago....at ok na lahat ng medical at tuition ko po

    CARRICK INSTITUTE and school ko po..beware lng po tayo...

    so today po from brisbane nag hahanap ako ng skul sa melborne...UPdate update na lng po

    hello their, mga kapwa ko 572 vsa application din, kakatawag ko lang sa embassy, sabi nila ang pending ko na lang daw is medical clearance from Global health Unit, ang bait nga nung nakausap ko. Sabi nila medyo matagal daw sa global health ngaun, it will take 8 weeks. Nalaman ko din tuloy yung case officer ko.

    March 26, 2013- Lodged Application through IDP

    April 4, 2013 - Received COE
    April 11, 2013- Lodged Visa Application
    April 17,2013- Student Acknowledgement Letter
    April 24,2013- Medical Exam done at Nationwide Health Inc-Cebu
    June 15,2013- visa grant! thank you Lord!

    @mae_oz Hello CIC Melbourne din hubby ko July intake, granted na po visa namin. From what I remember we received confirmation from the embassy na nakalodge na papers namin ng April 25, then May 7 our visa was granted.. Nagfollow up ka na ba sa Embassy?
