@dhel..anu ba ung subclass ng visa m?? If rSMS visa, 5-7 months tlaga yan..hndi pa kasama ung processing time ng nomination. But pwde m rin ma lodge togther ung nomination at application m.. Mine is RSMS 857 ung old version pa. And after 10months na grant. So there r tyms na matagalan ung processing lalo na pag hndi decision ready ung application m.

Question lang. I have submitted for an assessment for 263111 Computer Network and Systems Engineer kasi swak din siya sa JD plus ung certifications na meron ako e na-mention din dito and at the same time pede din akong ma-classify sa 262113 Systems Administrator. So naisip ko lang na baka sabihin ng ACS na palitan ko ung code. So if ever ba I need to pay another assessment fee?

Hi po,

Magandang gabi! 457 visa po ung ina-apply sakin ngayon. Pansin Ko lang po kasi na konti lang meron 457 dito o nag-aapply. Na-check Ko na din sa Google spreadsheet.

Question Ko lang po: Matagal po ba talaga ang processing pag Filipino ka? I am currently working in SG and nasabi Ko na kc sa director Ko na aalis ako by June 2013. Worried lang po.

@lock_code2004 Ahhh kaya pala. Akala Ko po kasi konti lang meringue 457 dito.

Nasa Stage 3 na po. Tapos na ung Sponsorship and Nomination application. Hindi pa ako pina-medical pero may pinasa ako na medical exam results Ko (August 2012) na kasama ung HIV and TB tests. Sana e consider nalang ng CO un para bawas gastos din. Hehe

Di Ko po kasi makita ung status kasi error po ang result upon checking

@nfronda Sir, may TRN na po ako kaso error po pag-check ko ng status. Mismatched daw po ung details ko with the TRN. Tinatanong ko pa sa HR kasi sila po ung nag-lodged. At saka na lang po ako magpa-medical pagnag-asked ung CO kasi po need daw ung referral sabi ng doctor.

@nfronda Ayy sorry po ma'am. Tinawagan ko po yong HR kahapon and ang sabi niya hindi pa daw na-approved yong sponsorship and nomination kaya wala pa daw status yong 457 visa application ko kung mag-check ako. Pagna-approved na daw (which is within 1-2 weeks daw), pwede ko na ma-check ung status.

Marami rin daw silang ina-apply ng nomination and wala pa rin daw result. Kayo po? Nasa OZ na ba po kayo?

@RodGanteJr..ahh okk..kaya pla hndi m pa ma view ang status ng application m.. at looking at ur timeline kakaaply m lg pla last May 3 so wla pa plang 1 week ang application m.. Yup, nomination usually 1-2 weeks.. Pag na approve yan, madali na lg na yan.. So konting hintay na lg..

Yes, d2 na aq OZ.. 457 visa din aq before, secondary applicant ng papa q..

@nfronda Oo nga po eh. Pero sa sobrang excited ko po, hindi ako mapakali and lagi ko tinatawagan ung HR for updates hahaha. Na-a-annoy na nga sakin. Hindi na nga ako productive sa work ko ngayon sa SG kasi gusto ko na lumipad. Sinabi ko na rin sa CEO and Director ko na aalis ako by June or July.

Buti po pala kayo kasi nasa Oz na. Anong state po kayo ng papa mo?

@nfronda Sa Brisbane, QLD po ako. Pero ang sabi ng magiging boss ko, after a year daw, sa Sydney na. Kahit saan naman sa Oz, walang prob sakin basta may work hehe.

Kasama ko po ung fiancee ko po. Kasama siya sa 457 visa application ko as my de facto partner. Nurse siya so pagna-approved, medyo marami job opportunities for her.

Actually, sa WA talaga plan namin before kasi andun ung kapatid ng fiancee ko. Baka kilala mo: Velvet Tuballa ang name ng sister niya.

If longer years na ang experience nya as nurse, I think hndi xa mahihirapan i'm not really sure. As I know kailangan nya pa mgpa asses sa Nurses Australia pra mkapagwrk xa as nurse d2..

@nfronda Haha oo nga po. Yes po, kasama siya sa application pero hindi na siya need pa e nominate ng employer ko po. Ang main applicant lang po kasi ung e nominate and ako po yong main applicant. Same fees or charges lang po naman so hindi issue sa employer na may de facto po ako na kasama sa application.

RN siya sa Pinas and meron siya more than 2 years of experience. Mag-bridging course pa po siya in Perth, WA this August 2013 and then after that sa Brisbane siya mag-apply ng work, God willing.

Ano po yong work mo jan? Ilang weeks po approval ng 457 visa nyo po?

@RodGanteJr.. As I know, pag sponsor by employer any dependent included in the application must also be included in the nomination.. Taken this info from http://www.immi.gov.au/skills/skillselect/index/visas/subclass-457/#document-checklist-for-nominators

They are called secondary visa applicants for the purpose of this visa, and your sponsor must agree in writing to include them as secondary sponsored persons. @nfronda Oo nga noh? I will keep this in mind. Maraming salamat po ha? Sana naisama to ng HR kasi nasabi ko naman sa HR before they lodged the visa application na kasama ko ang fiancee ko and my de facto ako. Nagpasa rin po ako ng mga requirements to prove na de facto partner ko po fiancee ko. Confirm ko to sa HR.

YNew in here: applied for 573 visa bsn 1 yr course + 10 weeks elicos at Flinders Uni SA svp myself at VIA CTR Makati, did not take ielts

April 24 - receipt by embassy April 25 & 30 -medical at nationwide mkt May 3 - results forwarded by nationwide to Global Health Unit Australia May 20 - enquiry reply from diac K.Aurelio saying medical clearance still not received from ghu May 23 - enquiry reply from diac K.Aurelio advising that Global Health Unit has put me on PRIORITY LIST. No request so far for any addtl docs or interview.

Inabutan po application ko ng 3 national holidays pero dib dpt 14 days lng visa 573 but its 19 days napo excluding weekends and holidays? Intake date kopsa elicos dapat may 6 then sa uni july 29 pero pinamove konpo june 11 dahilsa delay.ano po kaya meronb tlgng delay sa clearance ngmga medicals ngayon? Meron pob dto nakareceive replyfrom K. Aurelio? CO pob cia?

Pls help po at dik mkya tlga waiting ng visa decision process nila.

Hay, just got a email today from the embassy to submit form 815 HU kac medyo mataas daw BP ko. Thanks at medical clearance finalised after almost 2weeks. If maforward kop ito today Visa Grant napo kya sunod? Student 573 streamlined po ako.

April 30 - Follow up Additional Test for elevated blood pressure at Nationwide Mkt

May 3 - Nationwide Forwarded Medical Results to E-medical Systems Australian Embassy - Global Health Unit for medical clearance

May 6 - Forwarded additional documents : Form 129 (Change of Contact Email Address for Correspondence) and other supporting docs; DIAC Office Australian Embassy Manila acknowledged Receipt

May 20 - Received email enquiry reply from K. AURELIO - DIAC VISA Office informing me that "the application is still being assessed against the relevant legislatative criteria and still awaiting the medical clearance from Global Health Unit (GHU) in Australia for a referred medical results.
