    @maliboo @ KG2 -ipinasa ko na ang extension letter ko kanina na binigay sa akin hanggang 26 July- hmmm birthday ko at todong nagmakaawa ako, like all the 'kind' please' appreciate' awesome replies from your good end, at sa dulo eh 'it will be my greatest gift ever kung ma-receive yung visa grant ko.

    Subclass 572 - July 10, 2013 intake extended till 26July - Melbourne
    (DIY Application)
    May 24 - Lodged Student Visa at VIAC
    May 27 - Acknowledged my Docs thru SMS
    May 29 - Emailed me to undergo Medical
    May 30 - Medicals done @ NHIC
    June 04 - Uploaded my Med Results to AU-Emb as per NHIC
    June 06-21 - Constant/Everyday email to DIAC
    June 27 - Medical Results uploaded 4 June
    July1 - Follow up again
    July 6 (Sat) - CO Allocated
    July 9 - sent/asking Visa status update to my CO
    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....
    July 22 - DIAC Emailed me and asked for bank history for
    July 23 - submitted Affidavit of support, bank history from my auntie
    July 25 - received a visa refusal letter..
    Reason for Visa Refusal
    These funds were not considered because the applicant has not provided evidence of regular income from her financial supporter.  
    July 26 - what a birthday present I received from Air21!!!

    Refusal letter made after 61days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @maliboo naku super torture n pati lovelife ko nga apektado na dahil lage ako malungkot kung d ako malungkot tulala ako hahahaha nababaliw na ata ako!!!

    grabe nga sila mga ilang days bago mag reply sa email ko eh alm nila na PASUKAN NA!!!

    investment fund is parang savings din nmn kaso mas mataas ung interest sa bank ewan ko ba bkit d sila pumayag!!

    @maliboo @heyitsmecharmlalala @KG2 nag aantay pa din pala kayo.... hay nakaw d bale ng matagal!!! basta grant noh!! pero wag nmn umabot pa ng mga 3 buwan pa ulit!!! may nabasa ako sa dito subclass 572 sila inabot ng 8 months!!

    feb 5 13 to march 5 2013= review for ielts
    march 9 2013 = ielts exam
    march 13 13 = pass application form to carrick educ in brisbane
    march 18 13 = got the offer letter from carrick
    march 22 13 = pass the ielts exam yeheey!
    april 15 13= paid my tuition fees to carrick
    april 16 13= got my COE from carrick brisbane
    april 29 13= lodge application PIASi
    april 30 13= got msg from embassy for medical request
    may 2 13= medical at nationwide
    may 4 13= medical uploaded (according to nationwide)pero d pa ako na ka tanggap ng msg from EMbassy
    may 30 13 = got a letter na magsasara ung skul na pinag erolan ko!!!! (tiwala lng kay GOD)
    june 10 13 = naka hanap na ng bagong skul then bayad na din tuition wait ko n lng ang COE then sabi ng embassy email ko na lng sa kanila ang bagong COE ko ;)
    june 13 13 = sent new COE sa embassy
    june 20 13 = got my CO then request na for additioanal documents they called me sa fone.
    JUNE 20 2013 = PASSED MY ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS TRU EMAIL
    JULY 10 2013 = embassy emails me na d pwede ung show money ko na 1.3 m dahil nasa investment fund siya and i have to complete lahat ng show money ko in 8 days.
    JULY 15 2013 = emailed embassy na kung pwede ilipat ko ung pera ko sa investment fund sa eastwest bank na sabi nila pwede daw ung east west ko
    JULY 22 2013 = nag reply na ang embassy about my funds then they told me n kailangan ng mga certificate galing sa bank n ung funds ko ay nailipat ko tlaga sa eastwest from BDO then they ask for an extension letter galing sa school ;)
    JULY 24 2013 = passed my new certificates from the bank na ang show money ko na investment fund ko from bdo ay nilipat ko sa eastwest ( wait na lang ako ng letter from school )
    JULY 25 2013 = recieved my extension letter from my school until aug 2 then if d pa din lumabas ang visa ko within next week
    next intake na akk w/c is aug 22 then na email ko na sa embassy today ung extension letter ko
    JULY 22 2013 = recieved an email from the embassy na natangap na nila ung additional docs ko
    AUG 1 2013 = nag email nmn sila na d pa nila n rereceive and documents ko 3 bes ko n un sa kanila ni send !!!!!!!
    AUG 13 2013 =hard copy na ng bagong COE ang pinasa ko sa piasi
    d na ako umabot sa first intake so na mive ang intake ko ng aug 26
    AUG 14 2013 = nagtxt na ang embassy sa akin na natanggap ma nila ang bagong COE ko
    AUG 16 2013 = got email na VISA GRANT NA

    @maliboo hahahahaha did u send an email na? Di na ako mg.sesend ng email!!! Kasi class ko na ngayon. Hahahaha after a few months na nmn kapag wala pa din visa ko.

    @KG2 hahaha alam na ni Lord yan. Hahaha hmmm may update na ba? Ask mo kaya counsellor mo. I think mabilis mgreply ang tg-embassy if cla ang mg.inquire.

    @nikkilapan DITO PA NGA AKO MG-XMAS kasi dinefer ko na ung application ko. Class ko na ngaun and the school didn't allow me for an extension. Hehehee

    6-5-2013: MEDICAL EXAM DONE AT CEBU DOCTORS UNIVERSITY
    6-21-2013: REQUEST FOR LATE ARRIVAL
    6-26-2013: LATE ARRIVAL LETTER RECEIVED (Only till the Commencement Date)

    7-4-2013: SENT AN EMAIL TO DIAC
    7-6-2013: DIAC REPLIED: Application is currently being assessed
    7-9-2013: SENT AN EMAIL TO DIAC
    7-10-2013: SENT AN ENQUIRY TO DIAC USING ENQUIRY FORM

    @pepper ako nga meron pang thank you for your efforts! lalagyan o sana nang "sincer" sa effort.. pero parang sarcastic na eh. hehe

    @nikkilapan - grabe din pinagdaanan nya na 8 months nag hintay. If ma dedefer ako. parang more than 8 months ang pag hihintay ko. April ako nag lodge. What if January ma approve? Hehe. 9 months? hehehe.

    @heyitsmecharm - wala pa update. hindi naman masyadong nag fofollow up, heto last email ng IDP.
    No need to inform them as they know that already. You may defer probably if until 20th July, there's no response. However, we may ask Charles Darwin University if they would allow you to arrive later than 29th July. If possible, we can wait Embassy's decision then.

    For any kind of student visa to Australia, lead time for processing is 2-3 months on average. Some application though may be processed in less than 1 month but this is a case-to-case basis.

    @KG2 I know right?d ko gets kung bkit d tau pnprioritise eh may deadline at my intake date pa tau?!saka wla pa taung CO!huhu pro alam mo feeling ko tlga ths week ka na eh..I am the oracle!haha

    @nikkilapan 8 mos?grabehan!!!pro mron ata d2 dn mejo recent lng feb pa sya nglodge..tsktsk..I don't think mtatagalan ka,feeling ko yang financial docs mo na lang ang iniintay..

    Subclass 573 (SVP) commencement date Aug 12
    May 21 - lodged visa application
    May 23 - DIAC acknowledged application
    May 31 - Medicals NHSI
    June 4 - NHSI submitted results
    June 10 - Medicals referred to MOC June 4
    June 25 - was informed we needed addtl tests for hubby
    June 28 - hubby's meds uploaded and referred to HOC AUSTRALIA
    June 23 - received email from DIAC stating "we have recently received your husbands medical clearance".
    Aug 1 - request form 815 health undertaking passed it on the same day :)
    Aug 5 - emailed diac that i have to be able to attend uni on the 12th otherwise i would need to defer my course.
    Aug 6 - they might have read my email and issued a grant at 2pm
    Aug 7 - received sms that they have dispatched documents thru courier

    ung sa akin nmn sana nga un na lng ang dapat ko ayusuin kaso un ang pinaka madugo...

    pag d sila pumayag sa sinabi ko na lilipat ko lng ung funds ko at kailangan ko pa ulit antayin ung maturity ng 3 months!!!! ayun na!!!! ewan ko na!!!!!! sa kanila

    @KG2 pag nadefer ka ba eh mejo babagal ang processing mo sa DIAC?kc ang alam ko up to 4 mos prior sa intake date lng pwede so pg nadefer eh october pa mglalabas ng decision?

    @KG2 hello. oo naman nagcheck pa ako. im hoping to hear great news from you guys. super nagmakaawa talaga ako and then i indicated yung information nila na hindi naman significant ang asthma (since yun lang and declared medical condition ko).

    i also sent email sa GH, although like what you posted, ganun din reply nila about who to contact, chorva. pero when i emailed GH i attached yung later commencement letter ko. i super hoped na hindi man sila nagreply, nabasa man lang nila.

    JULY 15 2013 = emailed embassy na kung pwede ilipat ko ung pera ko sa investment fund sa eastwest bank na sabi nila pwede daw ung east west ko
    JULY 22 2013 = nag reply na ang embassy about my funds then they told me n kailangan ng mga certificate galing sa bank n ung funds ko ay nailipat ko tlaga sa eastwest from BDO then they ask for an extension letter galing sa school ;)
    JULY 24 2013 = passed my new certificates from the bank na ang show money ko na investment fund ko from bdo ay nilipat ko sa eastwest ( wait na lang ako ng letter from school )
    JULY 25 2013 = recieved my extension letter from my school until aug 2 then if d pa din lumabas ang visa ko within next week

    About to collect na po mga documents ko for lodging of 572 class visa.

    Just would like to know po and may need your help.

    My uncle will be the one to support me, he is willing to show he's bank documents and stuff. May Idea po ba kayo kung ano ung mga kailangan nya ipadala saken from the states?

    Tapos regarding po ung academic documents, pahingi naman po ng mga check list.

That's all I can remember hehe

    2 years ago pa kasi ako nag take ng IELTS, well undecided pa ko until this time. I got my eCoE na and letter of offer. Nagdownload na rin ng forms. Hintay ko lang labas ng passport ko at ung bank statements and letter of financial support from my uncle.

    Bakit ung ibang sa VIA (may bayad) and ung iba sa IDP, ano po ba difference? Kailan ba talaga ng NBI clearance? How bout Birth Certificate?

    Acceptable sources of income

    The money to support you and your family members must come from one or more acceptable sources, which may include:

    a money deposit with a financial institution that has been held for at least three consecutive months immediately before the date of your visa application by
    you
    your partner (spouse or de facto partner, including same-sex de facto partners)
    your brother or sister
    your parents
    your grandparents
    your aunt or uncle (only if they usually live in Australia and are either a citizen/permanent resident of Australia or an eligible New Zealand citizen)
    a loan from a financial institution made to (and in the name of)
    you
    your partner (spouse or de facto partner)
    your brother or sister
    your parents
    your grandparents
    your aunt or uncle (only if they usually live in Australia and are either a citizen/permanent resident of Australia or an eligible New Zealand citizen)
    a loan from the government of your home country
    your proposed education provider
    the Australian Government or an Australian State or Territory government
    the government of a foreign country
    a provincial or state government of a foreign country that has the written support of the national government of the foreign country
    an organisation gazetted by the Minister
    an acceptable non-profit organisation
    a multilateral agency.
    Examples: United Nations, World Bank or Asian Development Bank
    Note: Non-cash assets such as property and shares are not acceptable sources of income. However, non-cash assets may be liquidated or used as collateral on a loan, if they are provided by an acceptable source.

    Providing evidence of money deposits or loans

    You need to show evidence of how the money to fund your studies was accumulated.

    If your source of income is a money deposit held in a bank account, you must provide the following evidence:

    pay slips
    bank loan documents
    interest from investments.
    If your source of income is a loan, you must provide the following evidence:

    a bank statement showing the amount of available credit
    a statement from the holder of the loan that its purpose is to support your studies.
    Note: If your source of income is a home loan with a redraw facility from an Australian financial institution, the funds from the redraw facility may be considered a loan. A home loan with a redraw facility from a non-Australian financial institution may be acceptable, but must be considered on a case-by-case basis.

        May 5, 2013 - DIAC said they are waiting for my wifes health clearance from GH
        <span style="background-color:#00ff00;">May 30, DIAC said that medical results of wife was referred to MOC&nbsp;</span>
        July 15, 2013, DIAC said that medical clearance received by CO
        <span style="background-color:#00ff00;">July 18, 2013 - DIAC requested for approval for late arrival&nbsp;</span>

    July 23 - grant, July 24 - email received with grant attached
