Australia ranks #4 in "World's 20 most likeable nations"

A consultancy called Reputation Institute has measured what they call the "pulse score" of the world's nations, an aggregation of perceptions of a country, its reputation, and the bond that exists between polity and stakeholders. The study used three judgement criteria: Advanced Economy, Appealing Environment and Effective Government.
