    Kamusta? Nag aantay ako ng mga notarized docs ko from Pina. Mahal kasi dito (Doha based ako). Napansin ko nawala yata ang Quantity Surveyor sa mga listed na occupation. Tama po ba? Pa send naman ng link sa updated list at yung ceiling occupation. Salamat.

    Here's the link po http://www.immi.gov.au/skills/skillselect/ then click "reports" then "Occupation ceilings". Quantity Surveyor po is under the Unit Group - Civil Engineering Professionals (ANZSCO 2332). As you can see madami pa pong available slots for Quantity Surveyor, also SA is still open for nomination (medium availability).

    Hello guys!

    Question lang po (not sure where to post kasi), may nakaka alam ba dito kung paano ma rerequest na ang nakalagay sa nbi clearance ay "no derogatory records found"? Kinuha na kami ssa phil embassy ng nbi clearance form and nafill up-an na naming perk nilagay naming na purpose ay "Nbi renewal"...dapat ba "travel abroad" ang purpose para makuha ung "no derogatory records found" na remark?
    And then once naka receive ng invitation to apply, tama ba intindi ko na ang next step at mag bayad muna and lodge ng visa tapos tsaka palang mag papamedical?

    Thanks in advance...

    @nikah13 hello mam pagkakaalam ko po is even travel abroad or local employment pag kumuha ka ng nbi dito sa pinas at wala kang record or kahit anong kaso ang nakalagay po is No derogatory records found ang makikita niyo. kung nasa ibang bansa kayo siguro automatic alam nila na travel abroad pero para sure pakilagay or pakiinform niyo na pang travel abroad yun kukunin niyo alam ko color green yun paper pag travel abroad at nakasulat na mismo doon pagnakuha niyo yun nbi niyo.yun sa renewal kung nakakuha na kayo dati ok lang yun dapat renewal po ang ilagay niyo pero kung first time niyo dapat po new. yun sa akin naman regarding pag lodge wala ako idea yun ngayon setup nila pero yun sa akin kasi 2009 lodgement ko so ang setup pagdating ng papers ko sa Adelaide nag email sila na kailaangan kona magbayad at para dati binigyan lang ako certain days para maprocess yun payment tapos email ako ng OR nila pero ngayon yata parang online na i am not sure sa ngayon pero baka may makatulong saiyo iba dito na nagpost.regarding medical sa akin namin after ma assign sa CO.nagemail sa akin na magpamedical ang binigyan kami ng HAP ID saka palang ako nagpamedical pero take note yun sa akin 2009 pa na lodgement. so ngayon pagkakaalam ko mga nababasa ko sa mga post dito parang after yata ng bayad pwede kana magpamedical tapos parang maupload na agad online basta magpapa medical ka sa mga list ng panel of doctors kung saan man bansa ka magpapamedical in PH or abroad. Hope this will help!

    @nikah13..

    Yung NBI ko na kinuha ko last december is for Visa Australia and yung nakalagay is "NO RECORD ON FILE". I think standard lang naman ang nakalagay na remarks. And would it matter ba?

    Also can I ask how many points nyo? Kase I am going to submit my EOI na din sana para malaman kung malaki chance ma invite next invitation round.

    I have a question regarding EOI.. Ano sinagot nyo dito?

    "Does the client hold employment registration, licensing or professional membership with a relevant Australian authority in the nominated occupation?"

    Kase my profession is medical scientist. So AIMS ang assessing body. Pero hindi naman sya government na like sa atin na PRC. And kapag na receive mo ang positive assessment di naman ibig sabihin nun na member ka na di ba? Kailangan mg pa member pa if you want to. So.. NO ang sinagot nyo?

    question po ... possible po ba ko mag claim ng points for partner skill if mag ielts ang wife ko kaso yung work nya ay hindi listed sa SOL (accounting assistant before at bank teller po sya ngayon)
    Partner skills

    You can receive five points if, when you are invited to apply for this visa, your partner provides evidence that they:

    - were under 50 years of age
    - had at least competent English
    - had nominated an occupation on the same skilled occupation list as your nominated occupation
    - had been assessed by the relevant assessing authority as having suitable skills for the nominated occupation.
    salamat po!

    Hello po,

    My wife and I lodged separate EOIs and both claimed each others partner's skills points and both of us were invited to apply for 189 visa last Monday. My question is, do you think it is better if she will be the main applicant and I will be the dependent since I plan to stay here in Singapore for another 2 years? What do you think could be the repercussions of this? Also, I would appreciate if you could also give us more advice, please?

    Thanks a lot in advance.

    65 points din wife nio. it doesnt matter kahit sino sa inyo pwede maging primary applicant. as for 2 eoi's, once u have decided kung ikaw ba or wife mo ang primary applicant, let the other ITA expire lang then withdraw the EOI later. i dont see any problem sa plan mo to stay in Singapore for 2 more years. kelangan mo lang mag initial entry then pwede na maiwan wife mo dun. renewal of her pr or her applying for citizenship ay hindi na nakarely sa primary applicant once visa is granted.

    It is our original plan that she will be the main applicant but I should still take IELTS and have my credentials assessed as well so she can claim 5 pts from partner's skills. But since I have completed my requirements first, I decided to lodge EOI while she was still waiting for her assessment result.

    ok namn pala sir, so kahit si misis primary applicant walang issue dun. kelangn lang take note sino ang main applicant kung indi kayo sabay sabay mag initial entry kasi indi pwede mauna sa main app ung mga secondary.

    @ten2six salamat sa input. :)

    hmm not sure kung may difference ang "no record on file" and "no derogatory records found" and it really really matters, pero lalagay ko nalang travel abroad gaya ng sabi ni aolsystems. Sabi ng mom ko dapat daw pag visa "no derogatory records found" (they moved to USA last year) pero kung nilagay mo naman is Australian Visa ang purpose tas un nilagay ng nbi, i guess oks ang.. :)

    as for our points, 65 pints kami. Based sa reports, kung 65pts and above ka mukhang sure na maiinvite ka. pag asa 60 pts, antay ng konti. HTH

    Regarding your 2nd question po, naglodge po ako ng visa then the end part sa online process was nagbayad po ako thru CC. You can take medical exams thereafter.

    @ten2six wala pa ako sa Au & credit card then gamit ko when I paid visa fee. but I think pwede ang debit card. kasi when I paid visa fee, nakalagay doon:
    please pay via debit/credit card of the following merchants: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, xxx (I forgot the last one)
    Kaya nga sa isip ko that time, pwede pala debit card.

    Ah okay sir...

    So, pedeng ang main applicant muna ang mag-initial entry tapos, susunod na lang ang secondary?
    Yes pwede as long as makapunta sila sa Au before nung initial entry date, else mavoid ung visa nila.

    Anyone knows kung pwede debit card sa pagbayad ng visa application fees? I am here in Aussie and wala ako credit card. I have the funds in my ATM/EFTPOS/Debit card. Pwede kaya yun? May nakalagay naman na VISA sa card e. Anyone here in Aussie who have done that?
