@danyan2001us .. thanks sa input sir, yes it is a 2 years course (104weeks), and is being offered by Silver Trowel which is also a vocational school recognized by the australian government..

question for everyone who can give inputs.. if you were already able to get a Letter of offer from a school for the course that you have chosen, what are the possible reasons that might get you denied a student visa?

@icebreaker1928 yes sir, already working here... as we all know, and sad to say medyo mahirap kumita dito sa pinas.. what I have read so far is that you have to have a working visa after you study in order for you to stay and work in australia..
