Was it an error from the visa application pa lang po may mali na or sa localised form sa e medical nagkamali si husband? Check nyo po yung original visa application if tama. Or sa appointment with panel physician kayo namali ng fill up?

There are states that don’t consider DOE such as NSW ,in your case QLD if you need to make changes to EOI you need to withdraw and make a new one, also it does not affect the time that QLD to get you invited .
