@Lrac are they subjected for final withholding tax in the Phils already? if yes, you may not declare it. try to check kung may tax treaty ang philippines with australia ( i believe meron), pra iwas sa double taxation.

@AA1219 hindi po kasi siya maconsider as qualification per se and wala din siya sa classification ng education. pag sa student visa, makakuha ka lang ng extra 5 points if you meet the australian study requirement.
