OEC is just a number that you need to present for the Immigration Official prior to boarding. Applying for OEC is much easier now, as you can do it online, anytime and anywhere.

I put my middle name sa given name ko when i applied for visit visa few years back and it didnt cause any problem, same case when i applied for U.S visa.
