Thanks @Megger! Actually madali lang if merun ka acrobat pro. Pwede mo sya idugtong using acrobat pro na software (merge scanned pages to existing pdf file). Mas madali kasi mag fill out through computer kaya yon ang ginawa ko. Thanks @Cassey!

@Megger sa akin naman is yong page lang that requires my signature ang niprint ko at scan. Yong ibang pages ay through computer lang pag fill out ko, hindi ko na ini-scan. Tapos dinugtong ko lang yong scan copy ng page na may signature.

Yong sa pinas ko na employer is recent date yong naka indicate sa COE, humingi talaga ako ng bago dun (this year lang ang date). Pero yong isa kong employer dito sa SG is 2013 pa yong date ng COE.
