Yes @engineer20 nasend ko na PTE scores to DIBP kahapon. Naka indicate na rin ang "sent" status in Score Report History with DIBP - Australia as recipient.

Thank you @mav14! Nabasa ko rin yan kaso di ko na maalala if I selected 'Australia' as chosen destination during registration kaya singuro ko rin na ma send ang PTE score to DIBP (mabilis lang naman pala ito). Hehe

Thank you @paulcasablanca1980. Unfortunately i was not able to create emedical account before. Last resort is to call the clinic where I had my medical exams and ask them my HAP ID from their records.
