@Ern di naman ni rerequire ni ACS ng IELTS for the assessment. I suggest you apply sa ACS first. After mu makuha ng result & if it suits what you need, proceed to IELTS. If for migration usually General Training yun.

Okay lang ba na hindi HR yung mag pirma ng COE like Admin officer pero my company letterhead padin? Yes pwede as long as he has authority to give you that COE. But Stage 4 ka na ata. Let me know what's your result. Good luck!

@leelazaro as you have mentioned po your wife took IELTS. The result is valid for 3years. She only needs a minimum of 6 in each category.
