@gurl_wanderer Hello, I filled out Form 80 for both me and my hubby, Form 1221, only for hubby. I am the main applicant. Yung Form 80 was requested by CO. Yung Form 1221 is nakalist dun sa iaatach na documents online.

@loucas_11 Im not photo-editing expert haha, but what I did is I used "paint" in windows to resize the picture and so far it worked for me and my husband.
