Hello, yes ma-clear ka after you've worked the same amount of time you enjoyed your shcolarship. You can get a passport anytime though, kahit hindi pa tapos yung obligation mo. But you cannot fly out unless you post a bond I think

Hi @lipatbahay no need po ng proof of fund sa 189, baka po 190 yung officemate mo and sa NT sya? afaik sila lang ang nanghihingi ng proof of funds. Please correct me if I'm wrong na lang sa ating mga kababayan here

@guenb thanks po sa reply, Computer and Network Systems Engineer po ung original kong pina-assess. Yun nga din ang worry ko, 190 yung Sys admin, and currently SA na lang ang open for that position.
