@loucas_11 Dapat na-issue yung license mo before na-issue yung first Singapore pass (EP/Spass) mo. Otherwise, hindi mo ata pwede ma-convert. Ito yung alam kong rule last 2015. Di ko sure kung meron changes since then.

@rdorpia Nag-convert ako ng PH license to SG license 1 month before kami nag-move to AU (dahil late ko na nalaman na mas madali i-convert ang SG to AU license).
Na-convert ko naman yung SG license ko to full license sa VicRoads nang walang problema.
@toking You can apply for early endorsement to NSO sa local civil registry. Another option is just get a certified true copy of the birth certificate first then have it stamped at/by NSO (pwede na to for passport application ni baby).
