@se29m ive seen ads on rentals at gumtree and the rent most of the time includes wifi and utilities. Is this the same case with Realestate.com.au posted rentals? Or rent lang talaga ng place un?

@vencel2017 my main concern about flying to Australia without a job is that I still have to relocate if the employer is based on a different state other than where I landed. OZ is huge.
