Follow up question sa may alam: Kung exempt sa PDOS ang 489, kailangan ba kumuha pag umuwi ng Pilipinas na PR na ang visa (887)? Unless for documentary/statistics purposes, parang counter-intuitive na mandatory requirement sya to exit.
