Hello, I have a concern about visit visa application of my son. He is 9 years old, illegitimate and his father and I are not together anymore. I am planning to bring my child with to visit Sydney. As for DSWD, it says that I don't need to get a travel consent from the biological father. However, there is that form 1229 (consent to travel for less than 18 years old), do I need to have my son's father sign that?
