The house is located very near the CBD and it is only Stop 2A by bus route 167 or 168. The room rate is at AU$105 to AU$115 room only, excluding electricity, gas, water and internet bills which are shared by the tenants. Kitchen and dining with 2 refrigerators and TV provided by owner. Currently shared by three (2 male and 1 female) Filipinos and 1 (female) Vietnamese. It is not Hilton Hotel but reasonable if you are working on a budget.
