Rather than stress yourself on BC vs IDP, think it would be better to concentrate on reviewing for the exam itself.

as for the examiner.. all of them can be hired either by idp or bc...
kaya pag nagretake ka, pinalalagay kelan last exam mo, para hindi ka umulit sa same examiner sa writing at speaking...
as far as I know there are 50 examiners here in PH... and idp or bc can hire anyone of them...
being an examiner is only a part time job for some of them...
as psychoboy stated... just concentrate on your review not on the organization that will conduct the test.
