Hello all! Starting this new topic para sa mga 2014 students in Australia. If everything goes well with my visa application Feb 24 ang start ng school ko AND --- hindi pa din ako makatulog until now! ^_^

~ 573 SVP with 1 dependent ~

May 31 - applied online at University website
June 17 - Uni sent a message that they approved 14 credits for prior learning.
June 21 - Uni emailed: move my intake to Feb 2014.
July 5 - Passed IELTS! Yipee. Emailed Uni my result.
July 16 - Received conditional OFFER LETTER from Uni. :)
July 19 - sent my TOR to Uni.
July 22 - Uni received my TOR
July 24 - received my UNCONDITIONAL OFFER.
July 31 - paid tuition fees and received COE
Sept 16 - lodged visa application 573 SVP with one dependent thru VIA
Sept 17 - acknowledgement from embassy with medical request.
Sept 18 - Medical Examination at NHSI
Sept 24 - Medical forwarded to Embassy
Oct 4 - Phone interview with CO.
Oct 7 - Emailed immi asking for updates
Oct 8 - Received email from immi stating application is under assessment.
Oct 9 - Received text message from Air 21 and Embassy that my documents has been dispatched.
Oct 9 - visa refusal! :(

    @nar_jet Really? :) Nako, pashare naman ako ng timeline mo, kahit thru pm. When ka nag lodge, if tinawagan ka ba and cleared ka na sa Medical. Subclass 573 ka din ba?


    @danyan2001us thanks! yes naniniwala din ako. dito na tetest ni Lord ang patience ko. all I can do right now is to study para handa ako sa mga itatake kong subjects sa AU and also check the internet from time to time. One more thing: Pray. :)

    @bbgirl yes powerful talaga ang prayers ...matatandaan ko noon nog nasa cebu pa kami at nag hihintay sa visa namin, madalas kami pumupunta sa Simala para magdasal....finally grant ni Lord ang dasal namin.....

    @caiomhe10 hi ang company ko ngayon willing sila mag sponsor sa akin kaya lang ang nangyari kasi ang work ko (cnc laser operator/technician) ay wala sa SOL kaya hindi natuloy yong pagsponsor nila sa akin....di bale matatapos na si wifey next year sa awa ng Diyos.....

    Hello everyone! my intake is on January 20, 2014...sana it was this October 8 but since there's still no news from DIAC, my consultancy firm and my school moved it to next year. The waiting part is really nerve-wrecking and all I can say is to stay grounded and have faith in God...I hope all of us here would see each other in Oz next year! To God be the Glory! :)

    Tanong ko lang btw, kailangan po bang isubmit yung original passport in a separate envelope kasama ng iba kong documents? I lodged my application 2nd week of September, had my medical at SLEC a week after...submitted the form 1022 to DIAC Makati on October 1, 2014 kasi nagrenew ako ng passport...Can anyone answer my question please? :(

    @markier87 hi! I don't know but I think if you are keen enough to do research about how to apply and your requirements are satisfactory to even great, I guess you don't need a MARA agent :) The key here I think is to do proper research before you make a decision :)
