EOI on Work Experience

Hi I need feedback or advice. The immigration already invited me to apply for Visa under state nomination. My only concerned is on my work experience I put my three work as nominated occupation on my EOI but when my assessment from VESSET result, they only only my a positive assessment on my two work experience not the third one. Is there going to be a problem on my point tested for VISA 190. Any one need help or feed thanks

Are you going to claim points for work experience?just be careful bka mg overclaim ka ng points.kung ma prove mo nmn ung work experiences mo related sa nominated job ok lang yan.

@netzkeenet thank kaya lang natatakot ako baka sundin ng immigration yon assessment result lagot mababawasan ako ng point magiging 55 na lang ang point ko meron ba nangyari na ganoon na sinunod ng immigration kung ano ang sabi ng assessment authority. thanks

@micosantos immigration will base the points on your assessment of course.. So if your other work exp is not related based on the assessment result, then you should not claimed that..

Do not proceed with the visa application, if you say that your points will not be enough, you will just waste your money on the application fee..

Check again your eoi points and check where you can get additional points..

yes, makikita ng CO.. but that's after the fact na nakapagbayad ka na..

yung EOI points, ikaw lang ang nag-entry ng data.. so it's your responsibility to make sure na tama ang claim mo..

EOI points will only be confirmed after mainvite kana to apply for visa, pay the visa fee.. and then magkaroon ng CO..CO will validate your claimed EOI points.. based on uploaded documents, ielts, assessment results.. etc...

pag mali ang claimed points mo (especially pag nabawasan at naging below passmark 60pts), goodbye visa fee..

@lock_code2004, thanks for the clarification. I"am little confused with the assessment authority I already planning to file an appeal. dahil yon hindi pa related na sinabi na work iyon and exactly my nominated occupation working as (263113) Network analysis for 8 years. but yon sinabi nilang pasok sa 263113 ay yon paging web admin ko at technician parang malabo ata ang assessment authority.

@lock_code2004, pahabol, you means, the DIBP just only confirmed what the assessment authority says on the their result and will not investigate even you give them additional documents confirming that all your 3 work experience is closely related nominated occupation. with 263113. Thanks

@micosantos - i cannot comment on your previous post, because that is assessment authority's decision..

on your second question, in the end, DIBP has the last say on whether to award points or not..they may or may not investigate, because skills assessment is the job of the assessment agency, kaya nga nandyan sila...

DIBP and assessment authorities follow the same guidelines..
so if the assessment authority already said your work experience is not related,
why would you want to take the risk of applying for visa, without an assurance na ma-award ka ng points sa work experience (na hindi related as per assessment)..

so go back to your assessment first, and clarify or appeal, if you really think your work exp is related to your nominated occupation..

If 3 years lang ang i-claim ko na work experience and yung current work ko is more than 3 years na, pwede ba na yun na lang ang iclaim ko na points?

from previous work ko meron 4mos na related to nominated occupation, pwede ko ba hindi na i-declare yun sa visa 190?

@lock_code2004 i have 3yrs work experience and kasama din sya sa skills assessment ko but hindi ako mg.claim ng points for work experience. Is it ok na mg underclaim ng points sa eoi? Ni tick ko yung not working in nominated position.

na invite na po ba kayo to apply for visa? if yes, i believe okay lang un..

if you are still in EOI stage... you can still edit it and claim.. unless you have reasons why you dont want to claim.. or nagkamali lang kayo sa pag-fill-up ng EOI..

the higher your EOI pts, the better your chance of receiving an invitation to apply for visa.
so if you chose not to claim points, as long as you have 60pts minimum, then walang problema..

if you have your old documents (COE for assessment), you can use that for visa application.. no need to get new documents..

@lock_code2004 kaya lang yung 4mos from previous work na for nominated occupation na declare ko sya sa EOI. So ok lang na piliin ko yung NO for that 4mos since wala nman sya bearing sa number of years na pwede ko iclaim kasi yung 3 yrs is pasok na sa current work ko?

sa previous company ko kasi nag work ako from 2008-2009 kaya lang ung last 4mos ko sa company lang ung for nominated occupation. Eh ung mga payslip ko at ITR is 2008 na lang ung may copy ako. so wala ako ma ppresent ng proof for that 4mos kundi statutory declaration lang from 3rd party na ginamit ko nung ACS assessment.

I just checked my eoi and may discrepancy kasi sa name ng hospital nalagay ko sa eoi ko is clinic and hospital pero sa aking assessment ay clinic lng nakalagay sa name ng institution. Ok lang kaya yun? Nakalagay naman sa coe ko na clinic and hospital pero ung sa assesment letter ko clinic lng nailagay ng assessing body.

Question po, sa result ng EA namin ang assessed work experience ay
Nov 2005 - Feb 2012 &
Nov 2012 - Nov 2013 (dahil ung COE na nisubmit namin was dated last Nov 2013)

Sa eoi, ang nilagay naming work experience ay
Nov 2005 - Feb 2012 &
Nov 2012 - present/no end date (dahil employed parin naman under the same company)
...so not exactly 100% same as the assessment result. Magkakaproblem kaya Yan sa CO once mag lodge and bayad kami ng visa or okay lang as long as mapakita naman namin na same job/role pa din ang ginagawa. This may not be the smartest question pero bigla lang kasi ako napaisip kung baka magkaissue ito...

BTW, as for points claimed sa work experience, same lang naman po lalabas so walang pts na madadagdag or mababawas. Nakakapraning kasi ung warning ng DIAC na pwede na deny and visa app pag may making info specially sa work exp.

@nikah13 - no worries. kung hindi nmn pala magchange ang eoi points.. walang problema..
kung mag change ang points (example from 5yrs, magiging 8yrs na ang work exp), then okay lang din as long as you can provide updated COE.

@lock_code2004 thank you for the information. I just take a risk I submitted all the documents and after almost four month waiting my 190 visa is granted last Sept 08. Thank you for all support and information.

@micosantos hi, I'm following your thread, buti nalang na-grant na ung visa mo. so nag claim ka padin ng points dun sa work na di tinanggap ng assessing body? may ganyang case din kasi ung friend ko. if di sha mag clclaim ng 10 pts sa working experience 55 pts lang ang total nya which is below the requirement.

may I know po kung ano ung nominated occupation mo? and sang assessing body ka nag pa-assess? thanks!
