Dependents application in the Philippines

aloidflipaloidflip MandaluyongPosts: 13Member
Hi Guys!

I'm here already in Australia and started my IT course for 2 years. My Family is back in the Philippines my wife and my 3 year old daughter.

I am planning of bringing them here after a year so that my wife can help with my financial needs. The question is, yet again on the financial requirement or show money.

Q: Do I still need to show the embassy the full amounting to 2.5m the first time I lodge my application? Or just the half amount because I have spent a year already here in Australia?

Thanks and good luck sa mga nag aapply pa lang :)

@Aloidflip....normally ang kasali sa living expenses ay ang remaining months na you will need to spend there to complete the program...so if tapos ka na ng one year then count mo ang remaining months ng visa mo...then multiply the result with the provided amount by DIBP as monthly expenses to come up with your possible funds.....
