Posh Hotel looking for casual night receptionist

As an expanding company with new hotels in the pipeline and a commitment to grow future managers from within our client is in a unique receptionist position to offer fantastic career progression backed up by training and development at every step of the way. Duties

• Answering the telephone
• Checking in and out guests
• Welcoming guests
• Achieving set monthly targets
• Dealing with member issues
• Maintaining a professional reception area, neat and tidy

Prior work experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.

11) are you available to work from 5pm to 10pm (evening shift) at least 3 days a week including weekends?


12) Are you comfortable to work minor housekeeping tasks if needed under urgent situations only ie one urgent "fill in" shift/room?
