Duties
• Answering the telephone
• Checking in and out guests
• Welcoming guests
• Achieving set monthly targets
• Dealing with member issues
• Maintaining a professional reception area, neat and tidy

Prior work experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.

12) Are you comfortable to work minor housekeeping tasks if needed under urgent situations only ie one urgent "fill in" shift/room?
