Hi guys, ask ko lang if okay lang ba scanned copy ng original documents (colored scan for originals na colored) ang iattach sa pag lodge ng visa or need ba talaga certified true copy kahit yung mga docs na black and white lng talaga ang original?

    @shye428 hi shye! sa lawyer talaga kapatid... yung mga law offices, meron an silang stamp dun para mag certify ng true copy, para sa lodgement...... pero kung para sa EA to or assessor, merong naka specify na text dun sa dry seal and signature ng lawyer...
    basta punta ka lng sa kahit anong law office, tas pa certify mo yung docs, pakita mo yung original then yung copies... gudlak! @shye428

    Hi. Yung sa pag lodge po mismo sa Immi account na pag front load ng mga documents. Pwede na po ba colored scan instead na certified true copy like for example ung birth cert, passport and marriage cert ng aking dependents(wife and child)? Pati po ung diploma at TOR din ni wife pwede na kaya ang colored scan? Meron na po ba nakapagtry and eventually na approved naman ang visa?

    @andrew_bonn Yup pwedeng colored scan. In our case lahat ng sinubmit ko colored scan maliban sa docs na sinubmit ko sa ACS. Yung CTCd docs na sinubmit ko sa ACS yun na din sinubmit ko sa Immiaccount. HTH

    Hi! Sorry sa noob question. When I bring my original documents, pano yung process sa CTC? I will have to make a colored copy that they will certify so I can color scan? Or they will produce a separate document certifying the document? Thanks.

    Colored document --- scanned copy pede na.

    Black and white document --- dapat CTC.

    This is what and i think most of here did. Pero pede mo nman i pa ctc lahat para safe. Haha

    @pontsiano hi sir, inquire lang po, nabasa ko palitan sa thread na to, so ang need i-upload sa visa lodgement ay certified true copies ng originals na colored copies din, tapos ang intindi ko po sa website ng Au.gov, police/nbi clearance lang ang scanned orig na isusubmit, pano po isusubmit yung pte-academic score report? Since wala namang doc yun tulad ng sa ielts, softcopy lng, i-priprint ko po ba yung result na softcopy, then ipapa certify ko yun? Salamat po sa paglilinaw

    @ice_01 DIBP accepts colored scan copy of the original. "You should provide high quality colour scans of the documents supporting your visa application in ImmiAccount. " https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/189-/Skilled-Independent-visa-(subclass-189)-document-checklist

    Evidence of English language ability you can provide the PDF file from PTE. Besides PTE usually furnished copy to DIBP once you tick the option nun nag apply ka ng exam na for visa purpose sya sa AU.

    Hi, Ask ko lang Im currently working in Singapore then plan ko mag pa CTC sa pinas since its cheap ok lang ba yon? Kasi parang may nabasa ko need mo daw mag pa CTC kung san ka currently staying.

    Dec 2014 - assessed as Medical Laboratory Technician 311213
    Sept 2015 - took the MLS Exam
    Oct 2015 - assessed as Medical Laboratory Scientist 234611 (received the letter on Dec 2015)
    Jan 23, 2016 - IELTS take 2 L=7.5 R=8.5 W=6.5 S=7.0 IDP
    Feb 05, 2016 - submitted EOI for 489 Relative Sponsored, 65 points
    Feb 20, 2016 - IELTS take 3 L=8.5 R=7.5 W=6.5 S=7.0 IDP
    Apr 30, 2016 - IELTS take 4 L=8.5 R=9.0 W=7.0 S=6.0 British Council (hayy, just wait for 489 invite)
    July 05, 2016 - got invited to lodge 489 Family Sponsored Visa

    @grapebella which occupation you are going to nominate? some assessing body accepts colored scan copy, DIBP as well. Save from the hassle and cost of ctc'ing. :)

    Hi @chelle thanks sa feedback kasi yung documents ko napadala ko na sa pinas for the CTC then ung isa COE ko nlng ang ndi na papadala ung current employee ko I think dito ko na xa pa CTC sa SG Para sure.

    Certified documents
    Every visa application requires various supporting documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, proof of identity etc.

    Unless asked to do otherwise, you should provide 'certified copies' of original documents, rather than the original documents.
    'Certified copies' have been authorised (or stamped) as being true copies of originals, by a person or agency recognised by the law of the country in which you live. All departmental offices outside Australia have a person who can certify or witness documents. You may have to pay for this service.
    Police certificates are the exception. You must provide original police certificates with your application.

    @grapebella kung sa visa application mo na gagamitin yung documents, kahit hindi na naka-ctc. Iscan mo lang ng colored then upload. Nagpa-ctc lang ako during assessment pero sa visa application, scanned copies lang lahat sinubmit ko.
