4. My colleague ko kasi is nasa AU. Sya gumawa ng statutory declaration for me and the format he followed is based sa NSW (https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/nsw-statutory-declaration-forms). I gave him the details and he notarized it. ACS accepted it naman kahit same level kami.

Hello po... magask lang po ako... we have given 482 sponsored visa but we did not push through with the plan of migrating & we informed the employer... we thought they will cancel our visa but upon checking at immi it is still in effect... we want to apply for a sublass 600 tourist visa but we were confused because of the 482... will this supersede the 482 or we need to cancel first the 482 then apply for 600... will the employer need to cancel it or we can do it even if they are the one who applied for our 482 visa... salamat po sa sasagot...

does anyone know if we can claim skilled partner points even if mag expire ang assessment? I watched a video from an agency saying that even if expired/old assessment pwede magclaim.. how true is that?

May 2 questions po ako..

1. Required po ba na lahat ng documents na kailangan i scan ay dapat both sides ang iiscan? (front to back)
   halimbawa birth certificates, marriage certificate etc..

meron na kasi kaming scanned copies halos lahat ng documents.. pero kung kailangan talaga, e di kailangan ulitin i scan ulit..

2. Paano po ginawa nyo sa forms like 80 and 1221, pinrint nyo then scan din ng both sides?

1. Front lang yung iniscan ko kahit sa mga birth cert etc. Yung birth cert from PSA, yung harap lang meron di ba? Front to back ba sya?

2. Digital signature lang yung Form80 ko.

Kahit ano between digital sign and wet signature then scan, okay lang yan.
