What type of visa you wanted to apply? All visa applications are processed under current processing times depending on what visa you are applying for. If the documents are complete and once a CO is allocated to your application, he or she can decide the application. If additional docs are required, your application will be delayed for at least 28 days until another CO will review your application again. All skilled visa applications needs a proof of english ability, so IElts is needed. I reckon, caregiver is not in the skilled occupations list.
