The rent is $375 per week (master br with ensuite) inclusive of bills (power, water, internet) in a federation style townhouse within 5min walking distance from the cosmopolitan Crows Nest. Enjoy the convenience of shops, the supermarket, parks and buses nearby. Transportation to key areas such as Sydney CBD, Chatswood CBD, North Sydney, St Leonards and Milsons Point are all at your convenience and you'll get there within 30 minutes!

Conditions:
No party people
Non-smokers
No loud music and party at home
Loves dogs as we have two small puppies but they are mostly outdoors
Respects privacy
Knows how to clean after themselves in communal areas

It will be unfurnished but we are more than happy to help you shop for what you want! Preference is for students, single and/or young professionals who can start as soon as possible for a long term, minimum 6 months. Three weeks' notice requirement if you move out.

2 weeks bond.

Availability: 20 January onwards.
