1 month visit with invitation letter

Im planning to visit Australia for a month this yr. Any advise pls. Worried kasi ako na baka maging conflict kasi unemployed.

1. Currently Freelance for a yr previously working abroad - plan ko ipakita yun PTR (Professional Tax Receipt) to show na kahit wla ako employer im still working and paying my annual tax.
2. Bank Statement - my enough account to support my visit.
3. TCT - if much better. I will attach the lot title under my name.
4. Invitation from my uncle and auntie (first cousin of my father) more than 30yrs in OZ with own business. Stating in the letter that they will cover accommodation, tour, medical
expenses, transpo there in Australia, indicating places to visit.
5. Single - nabasa ko from one of the comments ilagay ang parents and siblings as a proof na my relatives sa pinas. What if married na yun siblings? Include din ba?
6. Countries I visited - 3 countries

@archdreamchaser i think the only concern is you being unemployed. pero may invitation ka naman.

@batman thanks for the reply. unemployment rin ang iniisip ko wala nman ako DTI. I dont know kung credited na yun PTR as a proof na nagtax. Isa sa nisip ko kung scan ko un last contract with my client pero hindi ko alam kung credited yun.

@archdreamchaser Self employed ka na lang ba? include mo lahat ng pede. wala nmn bawas ng over na documents as long as u think makaka help sa pag bigay ng positive decision sa application mo.
